Really disappointed with my visit to Arby’s. I ordered the steak bowl, and it was cold by the time I got it. The value just isn’t there — small portion, bland taste, and not worth the price. The service took forever too, like they completely forgot about my order. Overall, a total letdown. I don’t recommend this at all.

I ordered unsweetened tes. I should have tested it. It was old. It tasted like mold. Disgusting waist of money.
Workers were super friendly! Had a minor mix up and they made it right immediately and were super kind about it.

We stopped here two weekends in a row and both times our orders were wrong. I got crinkle cut fries and half of the container was curly fries. I asked for no lettuce on my wrap (allergy) and it had lettuce on it.
