*** This isn't the first time I've been to this Hardee's, I grew up in Mount Vernon.*** Today I ordered a single grilled cheese burger, new to the menu, right. Toast was soggy and under grilled, cheese was cold along with burger patty. The sandwich could have been amazing and it was a 3/10.

Went through the DT at 715pm. The place was dead. My food came out aweful and when I tried to call to resolve the issue the person that answered just set the phone down and let me sit on hold for 20 min until I hung up. They are aweful.
Just drive to the next exit. Do not eat here. You will be completely dissatisfied. Stopped in for lunch, store was busy, had 3 employees working. The food was terrible and not up to normal Hardee’s standards. 4 different sandwiches were cold, less than room temperature, looked and tasted as if they pulled it directly out from the refrigerator from yesterday’s leftovers. Not a fan, will never be back, did not consume this miserable excuse for a meal, just threw it away and absorbed the $19 dollar loss as a lesson learned. Added Hardee’s to my never-go list. Again, don’t exit here from the interstate, go just a few more miles to the next one, stopping here will only further irritate your long journey.

We stopped at this restaurant for a bathroom break and we encountered a very dirty bathroom which made us believe that if the bathroom is dirty so is the kitchen you can do better when you are serving the public.

We ordered the $6.99 bag meal and the hamburger patties were overcooked and the buns seemed stale. I usually order the Frisco Burger but I wasn't that hungry. Very disappointed.
