I ordered a number eight which is a hot ham a Swiss. I asked for extra cheese. Once I was at the drive through window I paid for it an she asked me to pull forward. I did an waited an waited a good 15 min, okay it was noon so I figured was busy even though the parking lot was about empty an only one car behind me in the drive. After they brought the bag out I drove off a very short distance and pulled over to eat. Low and behold the sandwich meat was cold an boat piece of cheese cold. Very poor, if I would of had time I would of taken it back an pissed someone off. Disappointed customer an I will not be back. Just off the interstate as well. Very poor example of a Hardies in Kentucky.
Bathrooms were disgusting as well as the rest of the restaurant. Food was okay.

Worst experience ever! Sat in drive through line for 15min, line out to the road. Sent my son inside to order instead and waited another 20min while priority went back to the drive through line. Ridiculous, will never be back to this location! Still waiting as I’m writing this review.

The cashier was taking orders and cash then going back and using bare hands to make sandwiches. I will say hes fast and friendly but gloves are not being used. Also the wait time to get a meal is tremendous. It's been this way for a while.
Mushroom Burger was fantastic. I love this store I can get my 80 ft truck behind it
