We went in late so they were busy doing ice-cream and all I needed was 2 large drinks. The guy hardly gave me any ice but the sweet Tea was very good! No complaints there!

Love the buffet. Not many KFCs near me have the buffet. The food was hot and so good.

The buffet was good eatin. Happy to get chicken and dumplings.... they would have been good but were overly salty. The original recipe chicken was good.

Third visit... no change in ratings for the same reason. It's worth the drive and we were fortunate enough to beat the Sunday lunch rush by about five minutes.

Went to carry out meal. They did not have enough Xtra crispy chicken so they gave up 4 original recipe pieces. The extra crispy chicken we did get was over cooked and so soaked in grease we had to use paper towel to soak it up to be able to eat it. The bucket we got didn't even have what we ordered in it. It's a shame to pay that much money and can't even get what you order and can't eat what you grt.

What a joke. The value meals they offer are kids meals. I purchased a three piece tender meal for 8.99 plus tax. The sad think is was like a kids meal from McDonald's. Plain Corporate Greed.

The senior citizen female, that doesn't know how to smile and clearly doesn't enjoy her job, should not be working the register. Is it really too much to ask for your employees to greet your customers with a smile? We come here often on our way home from Lake Cumberland and encounter that same employee every time and she always acts like it's a bother to take care of us.
