Lied about hours online saying 10pm we have been loyal customers for long time and this really makes not want go to mt.vernon KFC location ever again if they can't fix this online.

This KFC has a buffet inside and a nice drive through, parking is decent and the food came out hot and fresh. We were surprised how quickly the food was ready at the drive through in spite of them being extremely busy. This is definitely one of the better locations, especially for traveling.

I would give zero if I could. Just ordered almost 20$ worth of chicken, potatoes and gravy, biscuits, and coleslaw that was old and dried out. Had to be there all day and dipped back into the fryer. Paid for 2 biscuits only got 1. When I called to get it replaced made me feel talked down to and like I just wanted something free. Then I explained I’m bringing it back to get replaced for something fresh I can eat or a refund was told can’t give a refund. Then told me to bring it back… ok I already said I am… I mean come on I just wanted something fresh what I paid for and something decent enough to eat. KFC you gotta do better come on. Use to be a decent fast food restaurant but I can’t say that anymore. BEWARE…..

We went in late so they were busy doing ice-cream and all I needed was 2 large drinks. The guy hardly gave me any ice but the sweet Tea was very good! No complaints there!
