The only problem with little Caesars it isn't the food,but they always claim on commercials that they are hot and ready,but we have waited like 3 hours a few different times just standing in the pizza shop waiting for the pizza,no one wants to wait 3 hours for a pizza that is supposed to be hot and ready,other than that the food is really good.

So my mom called a pretzel crust pizza with mushrooms pepperoni and sausage went pick it up and placed a order for a pretzel crust hot and ready got home both pizzas screwed up called took one pizza back because the other was assumed a hot and ready went in young lady looked at me and kinda was rude walked off ten mins so I got a pop and this kid walked back out with a snobby attitude and they didn't fix the mess ups so I will not be back with those kids there

It would be better if it really had hot and ready takes forever just to get bread. If you want it ready, call in at least 15 minutes before you get there.

Waited over 20 minutes on an order that should have been hot and ready (pepperoni pizza, crazy bread, cheezy bread). Was asked to pull around front and wait "a few minutes" on the cheezy bread and finally just left without getting any food.

98% of the time, the pizzas are warm. What I am not a fan of is getting a pizza that has been in the warmer for a while. They think you can't tell but you can and you can taste it.
