We took the back roads from Kentucky to Tennessee. This is where we ran across Los CaZadores Mexican Restaurant. It's in an old soda shop on the main drag of Mount Vernon, Kentucky. It has been turned into a Mexican restaurant. We were greeted as soon as we came through the door and were seated immediately. Their menu is extensive and has a lot of nice pictures. Recommended by the family member that lives local. We are from honesty and wanted to take my mom for some Mexican food. He recommended this location and said it was the best, I have to admit it didn't look like what I was used to. From the moment you walk in, they make you feel very welcome and excited you're there. Our food was perfect, and our kind server offered to make us anything we wanted if we didn't see it on the menu. When we got the bill, I was pleasantly surprised to see how they do not try and over charge you for everything the way a lot of other restaurants do.
