Stopped for lunch while traveling. Bathroom was disgusting and neither stall had toilet paper, I had to go ask. Food was OK, definitely was not fresh, but not horrible either. Dining room needed to be cleaned.

Every time i come to THIS McDonald's they screw up the order....EVERY TIME. from not having menu items like shakes, ice cream, orange drink, to not getting the order right like ordering a plain hamburger and getting a cheeseburger with ketchup, or just not getting food at all like not getting the 2 cheeseburgers in the #7 or not getting nuggets when ordered AND PAID FOR. I would do 0 stars if it was a rating. They dont even answer the phone if you call. AVOID THIS MCD AT IF AT ALL POSSIBLE

Asked for burritos (told don't have,) frozen tortillas . Asked for a smoothie(told can't serve,) after I ordered. Told no yogurt ...then they hand me a.smoothie and when I asked how they made it.. They said no yogurt, but it's free..I handed it back. Told them to get yogurt, they just got truck it appeared.. Asked for a receipt (told don't have receipt paper) This was Sunday Nov 17, 9 am or so 3.pallets of.product sitting on sidewalk.. Manager in yellow shirt smoking while speaking to a car in DT lane.. I worked 40 years for McDonald's This was not the best .. Hashbrowns clearly picked up early Hot but undercooked and greasy
This was a fast visit,but poor quality ,and service.
Saddest McDonalds EVER; every table so filthy I had to take my food to the car to eat; bathroom dirty; they were out of everything: iced tea, chicken Big Macs, and no pumpkin anything; the fries were hard and cold and the buns like rocks. Do NOT take the time to visit this location. Stop at any other place at this exit and ignore this place.

Worst experience. We tried to order Frappes and we're told they weren't available, fine, but while waiting for our food a lady walk out sipping on a Frappe and holding another one. The employees were very rude. Our food was made terribly. And they "don't give receipts."

I have been to this McDonald’s 4 times in the last 2 weeks and every time I have ordered the bacon egg and cheese bagel. Not one time has my bagel had the bagel sauce on it.
Food was basically inedible but coffee was good.
