Terrible McDonald's. There was a half piece of cheese on my Filet o Fish and the bun was burnt. This was not the first time I've had bad food from there.They really can't seem to handle rush hour.

If only I could give negative stars, I'd definitely skip this joint even if you're starving.... Be super careful of ordering online in case they can't make your order, they also will claim they cant give you the correct refund that you're supposed to have. My boyfriend has received raw burgers from here (gag) so I usually just get coffee anymore, but now they either don't read the customization on orders or are just entirely disregarding it, and if you take a look around you'll see not many people in our community can afford to waste and throw money away so we'd truly appreciate either getting our orders correct or at least give us the correct refund.

I always order tomato on my cheeseburger. The app says 2 slices for 49 cents. I pay for those slices and always only get 1 slice. I have tried calling the store several times to let them know, and by several I mean more than 5 times, and no one will answer the phone, so I have no other alternative than to somehow let them know this way

I sat in the right outside lane while 5 cars that came in AFTER me ordered and left before I ever got to place my order... The burger was so dried out that it literally scratched my throat and was thrown out. The fries were like they'd been dipped in cold grease and the deluxe crispy chicken without mayonnaise had no tomato but did have mayonnaise... This is the 1st ever I have had experienced this kind of service or food. When I told the lady at the window that the lanes should be alternating she said "Ummmm no not really it's up to her if she only wants to answer 1 lane" I was blown away.. I called several times but couldn't ever get a person to answer!!!

The men’s bathroom was very dirty, and the urinal did not flush. An employee with no shoes on who seemed to have fallen asleep got up from a dirty table without cleaning it and went back to the kitchen. My order took about 10 minutes for me to receive and a woman waited to order at the counter for at least 5 minutes. The store was not crowded (2 people inside) and there were workers messing around. My order should not have taken so long considering the number of employees and the amount of customers. I was not satisfied with the service or atmosphere, however the food was good.
