i was on a long road trip and wasn’t too sure about pullin into the bell....but i’m sure glad i did. the gal at the register wearin a bow was one of the kindest cashiers i’ve ever met at a fast food place...even the cook was mighty friendly...and by the time i finished chattin, my food was already out...now that’s what i call fast service

Went through the drive-thru at this Taco Bell and it was a typical version of the chain's restaurants. It was not busy so it was easy getting into and out of the location. The drive-thru was quick and our food was given to use quickly after ordering. The staff we encountered were friendly and the food was enjoyed by those who ate it. Not a bad stop for some fast food.

I was very confused to find a pair of shoes for sale on the counter and jewelry and baked goods I get it it's a small town but let's see professional and our businesses I expected so much more and I ended up so disappointed I for one will never return to this Taco Bell and I would not recommend anyone else to do so they had little to know me no seasoning no nothing on my food was horrible the soda pop machine was all carbonation it was just the worst food I had ever ate

I ordered a cantina crispy taco along with some other things. Instead of the taco, I received a cantina bowl. Even though I didn't get what I ordered, I've had the bowls before and liked them, so I didn't bother going back to the restaurant to correct the mistake. I've been a manager at Taco Bell before, so I know what ingredients should have come on the cantina bowl and how much of each ingredient should be in the bowl. The bowl I received had no black beans, no pico de Gallo, no guacamole and literally, only a teaspoon of sour cream. I paid $8 for this item when it's not even what I ordered in the first place and then when I went to eat it, half the ingredients were missing. I tried to call the restaurant three times. They're open until 1am and it's just 10pm, so someone is there. But I let the phone ring about 30 times each of the three times I called, with no answer. So I can't even speak to a manager to get this item replaced the next time I come through. Get it together Mt. Vernon Taco Bell. This was theost disappointing visit I've ever had at a Taco Bell. You have one very dissatisfied customer here.

This place is always out of multiple things. and the food is not even good when you see an employee making a burrito with one hand and phone in the other texting. I mean come on. If this is how you want to run a business this is how it gets ran into the ground. Could use some serious improvement
World record for most taco outside of the taco. One of the tacos I got was just sauce and I ended up throwing it out, first time ever throwing out fast food. They got my order wrong and when they fixed it they got it wrong a second time. Took so long to get my order, other customers were pressuring the cashier that they had been waiting for 50 minutes and needed to go back to work soon. Would recommend driving just a little further away for the next taco bell.

Came thru drive at about 1045pm and the food wasn’t all in the bag and they messed up the order.. put beans and tomatoes on my daughters food and we ordered without it and she can’t eat it.. they got mad bc we took it back in the store.. I’m so sick of coming here and my family food being messed up. And to top it off there was someone in the back working without a work shirt on and only a tank top… This is for the birds.

From a small town taco bell that wasn't busy you expect to get what you ordered. I ordered a steak cantina bowl but after I got to where I was going I realized it was a chicken cantina bowl that was sloppy and didn't resemble that of other taco bells. I don't like chicken but thought its too late to go all the way back then I started looking for a fork or spoon which I also didn't get.

Worst service ever literally stood upfront for more than 15 while they helped drive through only didn't even acknowledge us. Ordered through app kept saying they never got it even though app says they did. kept asking over and over even other customers starting getting upset for me lol then not only did they get the taco wrong when I walked up to tell them they ya ked it out of my hand then proceeded to just toss the right taco on the counter I CANT HELP THEY CANT READ A SCREEN. Clearly SAYS WHAT WE ORDERED.
