My son almost immediately spilled his drink, and in addition to replacing it, the employees were falling over themselves to help clean it up. The food was also good, and the fries were fresh.
Edit: I forgot to mention that the restaurant was very clean!

I'm so disappointed with my food. We did not receive a full order of fries, it was half of an order on all of our meals. The chicken tenders were hard as a rock and old looking, my burger was dry. Not to mention they break down the shake machines at 9:30 p so no shakes but they're still open to take orders. This has not been the only time that this has happened. Why is it that during the day my food is good and late at night it's horrible!!! My order was placed at 9:40 p.m on 10/01/24 my order totaled $52.12 WHAT A RIP OFF!!! I DON'T THINK I WILL BE ORDING FROM HERE EVER AGAIN!! THE SERVICE SUCKED!! THE PEOPLE WEREN'T FRIENDLY!! AND I DID NOT ENJOY MY FOOD AT ALL!!! TOO MUCH SLACKING GOING ON!!!

A Lil pricey ..but great mozzarella sticks and roast beef sandwiches
Went towards the end of May this year (2 months ago) and me and my mom ordered food through the drive through. Everything tasted fine but hours later me and my mom were throwing up. Turns out we had food poisoning. Again we have been there multiple times before and this has not happened. Mom tried to call to tell them the situation and nobody answered/got hung up on. Horrible and haven’t been back since.

Walked inside at 8:15 on a Saturday morning instead of the counter for about 7 minutes before someone even acknowledged I was there. Ordered a few breakfast burritos and found out they downsized them by about half the original size. Won't be back

Guess I should have checked bag and tasted my drinks before I left. Went through drive thru asked for horse sauce and got home to find none also both large drinks I got was straight carbonated water.

Pretty good food with a nice staff. I go here all the time on my way to work. One time I got 4 jalapeño poppers instead of 5 but eh. One of the best Arby's around!

We ate at this Arby's right before 3:00 pm dined in no wait, the service was fast but food was cold we ordered a classic chicken w/ curly fries a regular roast beef with krinkle fries and drink all the food was cold very disappinted for the price Arby's charges
