Unfortunately poor customer service. Could do better. It's understandable if they were short handed on the poor quality of customer service. This was not the case. Good food but bad service. Needs improvement on customer service .

Waited over 5 min to be waited on while all the employees were in the back being loud and carrying on. 1 guy came up front for a drink and looked at me but didn't offer to wait on me or tell someone. Asked for a receipt and was told both are broken. All the tables was dirty and the coke machine had ants on it. Ordered 3 brisket Jr's 1 with no mayo mine wasn't marked. And the brisket was hard as a rock. This place has really went downhill.

We ordered 2 triple whoppers, just beef and cheese. They had no cheese on them. We ordered a regular whopper with no pickle, got pickle and no cheese. I also ordered onion rings which I didn't get. We ordered drinks with the meals and 1 lid was not popped on correctly and it spilled all over us in the car from the drink carrier. Terrible experience.
Service was great. Croissant lacking.
