Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

We came in to get some ice cream, and later decided to get some food. The guy that took our order was very energetic and super friendly, and made the experience fun and enjoyable. He was very funny and helped us get what we needed. Even with the technical difficulties the equipment was having, the guy still found a way to get our order through, and the food was good, as well as the ice cream. However, the atmosphere was very toxic due to the manager yelling at the same guy described above, for placing an order for us, 8 minutes before closing. He didn’t do anything wrong, and given the situation, we feel he did the right thing by pushing the order through the drive thru option; which made it to where we would get our food, but it wouldn’t mess up the closing process. The yelling went on for several minutes, and the guy was visibly upset.

Ice creams were great!

Our blizzards were extremely bland and not consistent with what we normally get. If we wanted just vanilla ice cream we would order that…food is too expensive to come out and spend money and not get what should be expected. We will not be coming back and will tell everyone we know in the area to go elsewhere…

This place is a very clean, enjoyable place to go to. The only feedback that I can offer is that sometimes, they can get my order wrong. Usually when I get a cheeseburger with ketchup only, they can give me pickles. But other than that we always choose Dairy Queen and thing this is a very reliable restaurant to go to. I really love that you can get a free mini blizzard after I play a sports game, thanks!

Love the smores blizzard

They advertise that they celebrate teacher by giving them free blizzards with school IDs. But don't honor it, and this location. Sad that corporation get to lie to the customers, and can opt out of celebrating teachers and nurses.

Won't go back. Ordered a to go banana split with extra hot fudge. Employee asked did I want to replace the regular chocolate with hot fudge? I said yet. Got home with NO chocolate at all. Second time ruined my order.

Service.always slow, young leadership. The workers spend more.time talking to each other than serving their customers. I'm actually watching two emploeechasing each other in the front of the restaurant.

Due to this behavior which is consistent, don't expect quality or quick service.

The food was alright. The employee was very hard to understand and spoke very softly to the point I had to tell her that I am hard of hearing just so she didn't feel offended to have her speak a little louder.

The blizzards have changed!!! They taste terrible. The reese cup pieces are not real reese cups, the pumpkin pie pieces taste fake now. They use to be so real and delicious. I asked for extra pieces and paid extra money did not get that. I am done with this location I will try another location and see if it is the same. If so, then done with blizzards

Craved blizzards at 10:20 and knew dq was still open 40 more minutes. Showed up at 10:39 and heard a recording on the drive thru saying they were closed. Tried going inside, to only be greeted by 3 employees coming out saying they were closed. Went to Wendy's instead, and when I drove back by dq at 11:17, I saw all the staff standing off in a distance in the parking lot, with several other people. Guess they had better things to do then run the business like they were paid to.

I don't understand the logic.This Dairy Queen always messes up always has issues, it's on the google reviews it's on the facebook. So I did try to avoid it, then they brought their dollar drinks.
I would stop and get a drink VS going to McDonald's.And while I was there go ahead and get food , they were getting more business from me and having me spend more money when the drinks were a dollar. Now they got rid of their dollar drink, there's no reason for me to come back and give them my food business, because I can just go to mcdonald's , which is cheaper and honestly better. Bring back your dollar drinks I brink back my business.
