Everything was good. A bit pricey. Music was to loud. Had a hard time hearing the staff because of it but left happy, caffeinated and full with donuts left for breakfast tomorrow.

This is my go to place when I want coffee in the morning. It's cheaper than most places and its a convenient location for me. Staff is friendly. I like filled doughnuts I wish they would fully fill the long johns like they used to vs the sides however most places only do the side to save money now.

I’ve been disappointed with this location as of lately as the amount of times I’ve came through with my coffee being made wronged and a couple times of a different order I’ve received. And then today I came in to get it replaced and was disappointed with how they kept acting like it was my fault when I know exactly how I like it and granted it has roughly around 4-5 shots of expresso in total, I know how it’s supposed to be made and taste. I didn’t appreciate feeling doubted on knowing how it’s supposed to taste when I get the sweetened flavors and a few sugars to help balance it out. I really don’t want to stop coming here but if it stays like this I might have to stop coming here.

My husband went and got us dunkin one morning. We got the snacking bacon. Which was super burnt and he also order a half dozen of the apple and spice donuts. Instead he got the apple cider donuts. I called on September 8th! Mind you we ate none of it due to the messed up food. But did drink our drinks. The manager told me on the 8th that he would put a note to replace our donuts and bacon for free. I go today to collect on our replacement order. And the manager tells me to my face he never spoke to us. This is such poor customer service. They got our order wrong and we wasted our money just for him to argue with me about never speaking to us today. I even have proof of my call log showing I called that day. With a 2 minute long conversation.

Why are these donuts so tiny? What a rip off. Seriously. Go to the Asian donut shop you can meet owner. This place is a disgrace, greedy owner trying to rip off my Washington. Sadly the sheep are falling for it.

Been a while since I've had Dunkin. I grew up in Northern NJ so dunkins were everywhere, not the case in Louisville area. Decided to drive out of my way today and get a dozen donuts to take home and a coffee. Coffee was perfect, the donuts were fresh, and the kids behind the counter were great

I just ordered four regular sized donuts with sprinkles. They threw them into a small bag icing to icing. It was nothing but a sloppy mess. The guy acted like he was on speed at the window ...pretty much through the bag at me ..the bag was covered in chocolate Icing. I asked for some napkins and he handed me 3 that looked like he pulled them out of his pants pocket..What a reck... I could understand if the line was wrapped around the building, but I think there was one person behind me We will not be back
