We've been to this Dunkin Donuts twice, & both times it has been disappointing. The people in the drive thru weren't even sure what flavor/types of donuts are sold. The menu board doesn't even list the flavors/types other than classic vs special pricing with no individual flavor/type listed. The first time the dozen donuts were just okay, no how as good as other places. But the second time the dozen donuts were sold very stale, dry & not tasty at all. Have to agree with many others that the person at the window was impolite, basically shoved the box at us, immediately closed the window, with no thank you or have a nice day. Afterwards we read online Dunkin Donuts are not made on site, but rather shipped to stores which may account for being stale, but sold anyway. Expect that a gas station selling them, but not from a dedicated store. We won't be buying Dunkin Donuts anymore-anywhere.

I enjoy myself some Dunkin coffee before work every morning, but after seeing a social media post video of their worker saying she wouldn’t be pleasant to customers and calling the customers “crazy asses.” I will not be going to the Mount Washington location.

Every time I slide through the Dunkin’ in Mt. Washington, there’s one name that stands out — Alyssa. She ain’t just workin’ the counter — she runnin’ the spot like it’s her kingdom. Real talk, she got that smooth energy, that sharp focus, and a heart that shines through the hustle.
You walk in feelin’ tired, maybe cold from the world — but Alyssa hits you with that smile, that “I got you” kind of vibe. She don’t just take your order, she remembers it. Gets it right every time, like clockwork. Ain’t no mistakes, no attitude — just love, efficiency, and that “keep pushin’” spirit.
She’s got that Tupac energy — strong, smart, grounded. A woman who moves with purpose. You can see it in how she handles the rush, how she treats every customer like they matter. Whether you comin’ in suited up or just woke up, she give you the same respect. Ain’t no fake love — just real service from a real one.
In a world where people rush and forget how to care, Alyssa reminds you that kindness still lives. That dedication still exists. And that even in a fast food spot, you can find a little piece of peace — if the right soul is workin’ behind the counter.
So yeah, five stars ain’t even enough. Give her her flowers now — she deserve every one.

They don’t even say hello to you when you walk in the store!!!! I will never understand how a place that is not busy at all can’t at least greet me when I walk into the establishment!!!

Made a mobile order and they gave my wife the wrong order. They said they can't do any kind of refund? I'd have to call corporate. So heads up don't spend money with them. Goto Bibgy or Starbucks

I had an amazing experience this morning. I accidentally ordered the wrong coffee on the app & they fixed my mistake for me quickly. They were so nice about it. Thank you!

Me and my brother got there at 8pm an hour before they closed and placed an online order i went to walk in to pick the food and they locked the door so we went to the drive through and the girl working looked at us and just let us sat their and we didn't even get our food or money back (we were waiting for over 10 minutes before we left*

They were super great and very user friendly my experience was a nice one--I needed those doughnuts today! Felt right at home walking in the door..
We sat at the speaker for 5 minutes when there was no cars in the line and had to say hello for anyone to answer. I got the wrong order and they told me their kitchen wasn't working. then they shoved the drink at my husband and were very rude.

Kind people, but they've had staffing issues and she handled it amazingly. What should be easy questions, seem to be a bit complicated for them, though. Maybe just a bit (more) of training about products. Then it would be 100% They were all very nice

I've been twice and both times the dunkalatte was made great. Almost ALL of the other Louisville area Dunkin's have seemed to forgotten how to make a dunkalatte??. They always taste completely gross nowadays but this location was on point.
