Kind people, but they've had staffing issues and she handled it amazingly. What should be easy questions, seem to be a bit complicated for them, though. Maybe just a bit (more) of training about products. Then it would be 100% They were all very nice

I've been twice and both times the dunkalatte was made great. Almost ALL of the other Louisville area Dunkin's have seemed to forgotten how to make a dunkalatte??. They always taste completely gross nowadays but this location was on point.

This is my go to place when I want coffee in the morning. It's cheaper than most places and its a convenient location for me. Staff is friendly. I like filled doughnuts I wish they would fully fill the long johns like they used to vs the sides however most places only do the side to save money now.
