One of the worst el nopal location I’ve ever been. First time I visited with guest and server and everyone don’t know what customer service is, rude. Second time I went alone cause nearest and they laughed, because I was alone maybe, they put mani on table didn’t tell me that’s where I’ve to sit. Anyway I sit and 10 mins no one come to get water or with nachos. So never going back. I would not suggest to go this location.

Have been going to this establishment for about the last 10 years, and tonight was by far the worst service that we have had. The waiter that we had was trying to take on too many tables and our service suffered for it. We had to ask the hostess for an additional hot sauce for our chips and also for another drink because he didn't return after we got on our food. He did however return when it was time to deliver the check. We will be reluctant to go back any time soon.

Went for lunch around noon on a Friday. Extremely fast service, very friendly, food was great! Definitely recommend.

Went there an hour before close and basically almost got turned away. Told them we had a couple more people coming and told me that we needed to hurry up in the rudest tone. They asked for our orders and I wasn’t eating but everyone else at the table was and the sever we had, raised his voice and said “if you aren’t eating you need to get out of my restaurant since you won’t pay”. The most disrespectful restaurant i have ever been too. will never eat here again.

Best salsa ever! The rice was delicious. I don't normally review a side dish, but the rice really was the best I've ever had. The food is great!
