I ordered Uber Eats to have a pizza delivered from Hometown. When I received the pizza it was burnt black all around the edges. It was so bad my dog wouldn’t touch the crust! I called them and they don’t offer a refund.

We ordered cauliflower crust & regular crust pizzas. All delicious! Ordered over the phone-when picking up the staff checked our boxes against order to confirm before we left and everything was exactly correct!

We had to return my wifes pizza because there was a hair in it. When i approached the counter to inform them she did not want a remake they laughed about it. Years ago we always had fun at this astablishment but after tonights horrible lack of proffesionalism and customer imput i doubt we will return. The places was also awfully warm and the ventilation seemed weak. Its a no go for us anymore. Sad seeing what was a cornerstone place drop so hard.

Tiffany is absolutely the best person ever. She deserves a raise. We were up in Mt. Washington for our sons wedding and we clicked on the website to order pizza for the rehearsal dinner on May 24, 2025. Well it sent us to another location and when we go to Tiffany’s store it wasn’t there. She canceled the other order and made our 7 pizzas super fast for our rehearsal dinner. Thanks for saving the evening. The pizza was delicious- all of it was eaten up.

Last time I visited they had removed the eggs from the salad and additional dressing cost extra. Tonight only one side of the dining room was open
And there was a 30 to 40 minute wait. The new management is very poor.
