Ordered a five meat treat and pizza was very soggy. Greasy. Grease was dripping from pizza

Ordered 12 pizzas at 2:30 for a 5:30 pickup. Asked to speak with a manager because I thought it might get screwed up and we had tho have them at 5:30. The employee said the manager wasn't available. They took the order and took my payment over the phone and the payment hit my account. Got there at 5:30 and the pizza weren't ready and they didn't have my order. Verified we called the correct number in my call history. We did. Had to reorder and pay again. It was the exact same dollar amount as the original payment.

I come here every once in a while since it’s close to home, but I have never had this bad of service in my life. I went today and it was completely empty. No one inside or in the drive thru. So I went through the drive thru. NO ONE!!! I even went over the motion beeper a few times. NOTHING!!! Then went inside and watched as these 2 boys dogged getting the drive thru. I then ordered my food and paid. Then these two boys start fighting about who was going to have to make it. Cause neither one of them did. This was horrible services and these two kids need to do their job.

When I was 18, I helped to open the Little Caesars in Mount Washington Kentucky. Sitting here tonight I have had the worst service I have ever had at any Little Caesars ever. I’ve been sitting at the window for 20 minutes so I opened the window to try to get someone to come and let me know where my pizza was. The manager came and started lecturing me how they don’t Open the window. I’ve never been so insulted with customer service in my life if I could give this place a zero star I would.

Parked near them to visit another business in the same shopping center/strip mall that shares the same parking lot and management left a nasty note on our car about using “their parking” where there was no signage indicating Little Caesars parking only. Wasn’t planning on visiting before, sure won’t ever be visiting now.

I don’t think they should be able to call it hot-n-ready anymore. It’s never ready. Even on slow days I have to wait ten minutes.

I stopped in this store at 4:50 pm, on the way home to order a single pizza.
But unfortunately, with a one hour wait for takeout. It would appear, this store didn't need or want my business.
I love Lil Ceasars. I guess I'll have to give Jets Pizza a try. I hear they have similar style of pizza.
