I don’t think they should be able to call it hot-n-ready anymore. It’s never ready. Even on slow days I have to wait ten minutes.

I stopped in this store at 4:50 pm, on the way home to order a single pizza.
But unfortunately, with a one hour wait for takeout. It would appear, this store didn't need or want my business.
I love Lil Ceasars. I guess I'll have to give Jets Pizza a try. I hear they have similar style of pizza.

The last two times I have gone to this specific establishment, not only have they gotten my order wrong but it was something completely different from what I ordered. I won’t have time to eat my lunch now because I can’t sit around waiting on my lunch for them to make it again. You all need to start verifying orders with customers before they get off the phone or something. I would strongly discorage from ordering from this location

You never have hot and ready pizzas, hot and ready. It’s always a pull around and wait 20-30 mins. Just close and let jets pizza move in this space.

Pizza was fine. It was when I bit into the crazy bread, a thick piece of plastic was in my food. I assumed it was a piece of residue from cheese or other baked parts. The pieces were too wide and dense to be burnt food, it even had a texture maybe from a pan or utensil.

My husband arrived at the Little Caesars location in Mt Washington, next to Kroger on 12/30/2023. The website has the hours posted, which shows closing at 10:00 p.m. My husband walked into the store at 9:30 p.m. to grab a couple of pizzas, but was told that they'd already cleaned up and wouldn't be able to serve him. My husband asked the young man, "If I order online, would you still take my order?" The young man replied. "Yes, because you ordered online, I'd have to fill the order."Am I the only one scratching my head on this one?My husband could have walked back to the truck, ordered the pizzas online, waited 10 minutes then walked back into the store to pick them up.Not that our business matters, but we won't be going back to a place of business where the employees obviously don't know the meaning of store hours or how th treat the public.
