every time i come here they mess something up i got 2 meals they only gave me one fry so i had to go in and get that fry then i get home and i have hot mustard,bbq and sweet n sour when i specifically asked for honey,honey mustard and ranch and there the sauces on my recipe.

Entered the parking lot and noticed the line but not at the drive thru but after ordering at the drive thru. When I pulled to the pickup window I was asked to pull forward. I ask why everyone was being asked to pull over. She replied and I quote: "We are told to have everyone pull forward during peak." I replied so you can pad your drive numbers which replied, YES. I then politely asked for my money back, she said, I have your food right here and handed it to me. I'm seeing this used more and more at drive thru restaurants and this has to stop.And on top of all of this, the egg McMuffin was not even fresh.

I was in there tonight about 6:45 and while waiting for my food and the managers son came in and the employees just let him help himself to food that was waiting to be bagged up and given to the customers. The manager lady never said a word to him or any of the employees. There was at least 5 people waiting on their food and I don't know how many people in the drive thru waiting on food. I'm sure he didn't pay for any of the food he took and we have to stand there and watch and wait while he ate our food. A very poor way to run a business. I think the manager and the employees definitely need more training. I am sure it was the managers son because one of the employees told us who he was as as we were leaving.

Came through at 4PM with an online mobile order already done…it’s 4:28. They clocked my order and told me to move forward to fudge their numbers on timing.

I seriously do not understand why this takes so long. Especially if forecasting busy times. Order wasn’t anything crazy. 20 piece nugget and 2 fries. No clue how this place has managed to stay in business.

The food that I got tasted old and like the fries were cold because it feels like they bagged up half of my food and they had me pull up to another window to wait for my rest of my order to be done so it was like they already prepared the first part and kept it sitting there on the counter while they made the other sandwich which took entirely too long for a fast food restaurant The guy at the window never made eye contact and was just trying to rush me off to the next window and they don't provide napkins or anything like you shouldn't have to ask for napkins and straws but it just shows why I never go to McDonald's I only went to try this new sandwich that everybody's talking about not impressed probably would have been great if it wasn't old chicken that was cold and dried out

Waited in line for my order for nearly 20 minutes. I know it was a busy Saturday morning. I was given half of our order and was asked to pull up further to wait for Iced Coffee. Another 10 minutes goes by. Had to go in, and no one knew I was still waiting or was it prepared. Then they handed me an iced coffee with just cream in it, no vanilla or extra vanilla like I paid for and like it was supposed to be. It was disgusting and a waste of time and money. Do better! If you ask someone to pull forward to keep the line moving, don't forget about their orders!

When it comes to Mcdonald's food, we'll it's Mcdonald's. Its what you expect. But the service is always great. Staff is nice and always pretty quick. Sometimes they are very busy, and it can take a little more time, but with that being said, as many times as I have been here, they have never once got my order wrong. What more can you ask for out of a Mcdonald's. I'm Loving It.
