If you want your pizza to be delivered to you then order from dominos. I placed an online order for delivery tonight and was told the driver came to my house and knocked and knocked. But I never came to the door. This never happened bc I was by my front door the entire time waiting. They canceled my order and was extremely rude to me on the phone and the guy kept talking over me. Get your Medicare pizza somewhere else.

This store has the absolute worst customer service. Everytime we have ordered from here for delivery we always get the rudest and nastiest people. I would recommend going up the other Papa John’s.

Well I moved to mnt washington back in November an only had my order right first time back in November every time I order my pizza well done an it always comes NOTTT!!!!!!!!! the way I wanted it......😡😡😡😡😡 like how hard is it to read a ticket an make the order...... an always pay now a 1$ extra for sauce cup an never get it.........

The store location has a sign in the window offering 50% off every third Tuesday for first responders. I tried to use this coupon and the store workers would not honor it and said they had no clue what I was talking about. I advised them that it was the sign in their drive through window. They brought a manager on the line who said he was too busy to take my call and hung up. I called corporate. Corporate would not even give me a reference number for my call. They just advised to “call back in 2 days and ask for an update.”

I just had the best chain pizza I have ever had. Whoever made my large extra sauce bacon pizza is probably Papa John himself. It was actually so good. And for ten dollars? Heck yeah! For the price of making food and doing dishes at home, I can have some goated chefs make me pizza. Like I said, that bacon pizza was amazing. 10/10 would recommend.
