I've seen a few negative reviews recently so I thought I'd post a positive one! My food is always hot, delicious, order is correct, sauces are always there and friendly service! My whole family loves getting pizza here and my kids request it often.

Daaaaaaaaang their new pan pizza is GOOD! We got ours super fast too. Still smoking hot and was perfect. Thank you, staff!! Side note: last week we placed a carry out order during the snow. Delivery wasn’t available on the website. Received an email and text that our order was received. Drove in the snow to pick up and they were closed. We were not thrilled, but we get that it was an extreme circumstance. Just a heads up to anyone ordering I extreme conditions, just because they take your order doesn’t mean they’re actually open. Overall we have had wonderful experiences with this location and are grateful to have them as an option in town. Still giving five stars if that says anything! ✌️

Ordered at around 11:25 online for delivery, a large pizza and breadsticks. At about 12:05 driver delivered 2 boxes of breadsticks and no pizza. I called the store and they said they thought there would be a problem with the order as the driver gave them problems. I was told that they would send another pizza. At 1:20 they called me back to make sure I got my order. It was never delivered and I requested a refund. They apologized but there should not be a 2 hour delay in delivery

The last 2 times we’ve ordered here, we ended up waiting and waiting and ended up not getting our pizza. Tonight, we ordered for carry out, there was a long wait. That’s fine, I’ll just check the tracker so I know when it’s ready. I get the notification that it’s ready. Drive to the store. Go in and am told it’ll be another 30 minutes or so. I’m fine with waiting, but twice we’ve went at the pick up time after being notified it was ready, and it was going to be even longer. No thanks, ordered Pizza Hut and it was at my house in 25 minutes.

Papa John’s has seriously gone downhill. We ordered 2 large pizzas last week and there was a larger area of crust around the edge without sauce or toppings.
The crust itself was so fluffy in the past and now is like cardboard.
It gets delivered by door dash, no more warming sleeves to keep the pizza hot.
I’ve been a PJ fan forever. No more. I won’t be ordering from them in the future.

Ordered dinner here the other day. Ordered through the app. When I got to the location I still had to wait some time at the window. The worker in the drive thru wasn't very friendly. The location itself has a strange layout with the drive through location. The food was mediocre. I had better experience up the street at dominoes. 3 out of 5 stars.

Ordered delivery, didn't include the sauces we ordered which are not cheap. Cheese Sticks were very dry, like they been sitting under a heat lamp. Called the Manager and she said she would have the driver come back. 30 minutes later, called manager again and she says she would have to credit us because the driver doesn't want to deliver it. That's is bad Customer Service and lack of leadership, letting the driver override the manager.

Worst papa johns ive ever been too all around from the employees to thr product. I complained online about my service and food i got a email back from there AI it wasnt even a real person that was taking care of my problem. I will not ever got back here especially when they give there customers problems to AI when there way to make money is from there customers period.
Pizza only have 2/3rds of toppings. 1/3 was only crust. Plus there was no evidence of the extra cheese we paid for. Probably the worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life. We’ve been a big Papa John’s fans for 20 years, but this was terrible. need to find another pizza place

If you want your pizza to be delivered to you then order from dominos. I placed an online order for delivery tonight and was told the driver came to my house and knocked and knocked. But I never came to the door. This never happened bc I was by my front door the entire time waiting. They canceled my order and was extremely rude to me on the phone and the guy kept talking over me. Get your Medicare pizza somewhere else.
