The food is always delicious and hot the manager was very nice it's the best Pizza Hut in the area hands down!

Had trouble ordering on line so I called in my order. I was given a time when it would be here. When it didn't arrive I called and the automatic machine said I didn't place an order. I was connected to the Mt. Washington Pizza Hut. They said they didn't know what had happened, but asked me if I wanted a free one to replace it. I said that would be nice. I was then placed on hold, meanwhile no one took the order.

I am extremely disappointed in how the store manager, David Brown, handled a serious safety concern being reported. After witnessing reckless and dangerous driving by one of their employees, my husband reached out to him in good faith, expecting the matter to be taken seriously. Especially being we had small children in the car.
Instead of addressing the issue professionally, Mr. Brown retaliated by personally targeting our business’s public image with false allegations. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also completely unacceptable, especially from someone in a leadership position.
Public safety concerns deserve thoughtful and responsible handling—not dismissiveness or retaliatory actions. This incident reflects poorly not only on Mr. Brown but also on the brand he represents. I would strongly caution others about the lack of accountability at this location.

Pizza has been prepared well, tasted good and as ordered the last few times we have ordered from this location. Much better than it was a few years ago.
Wheelchair accessibility: No dining room. Carryout only.. However the building is wheelchair accessible
Ehh not that great I feel like they need some more enthusiasm:) pizza hut needs to cheer up it's workers and I think the oven needs calibration

Prices are ridiculous now. As much as they charge for the pizza, parmesan should be included. They also have cut the size of the sauce cups and two people can't share an order of breadsticks unless you pay for an extra cup. When you make a special request and point out things that were omitted or messed up on a previous order, they just sweep it under a rug and laugh at you.

Jeez I won't make this mistake again. Ordered and paid for deep dish well done, it was neither. "Garlic" cheese bread was covered with 'Jar'-lic bleh!

Hands down the worst experience I've ever had with any Pizza Hut. I was calling to try to make a special request and pay the extra that was needed but I was hung up on five times. So when I called customer service the last time I just told them to cancel the order. My knee was injured so I didn't want to go out but I still went out to get something to eat for the kids. When I got back she was in my driveway to make the delivery even though I canceled the order. She started being rude to me so I was rude right back. Then she forgot half of the order and said that because I supposedly attacked her she refused to bring it back. They offered store credit for what was forgotten but I told them no I'll come tomorrow for the refund because I won't need store credit since I'll never order from you again. And she hung up on me yet again

This is the worst Pizza Hut ever and it’s consistent. I’ve ordered stuffed crust several times and it’s always burnt and the dough is extremely thin. Idk wth is going on with this location but they need training!!!!!!!

Terrible Service, call center a joke. No one answers store phone when call center transfers call. Ordered delivery before , and pizza was not cooked fully, delivery was a lot longer than estimated time. Paid for a pizza I never received. Would not recommend the MOUNT WASHINGTON Pizza Hut.
