Usually go to this one but this last visit the bread was toasted way too long. The grilled chicken inside was slim to none. Not happy. Update last couple times I've been here I've had exceptional service.

Walked in, and I was the only person from start to finish. When I walked in the music was SO loud. I repeatedly told the gentleman that I could not hear him because of the music, and he never turned it down. I know he had control of it, because his phone was on the counter next to the mini speaker playing the music. Also, and I doubt this is their fault but still not great; I’ve always loved subway bc you can see them make the food but now they have this giant stainless steel thing covering them. Not great.

First time here. Will not be back. Ordered a foot long. The man making my sandwich put the meat and cheese of the bread. Then proceeded to take the cheese off then took some of the meat off, put the cheese back on, took the cheese back off, took some more meat off. I ended up leaving. I refuse to pay that much for a piece of meat and a loaf of bread.

I ask they cut foot long in three pieces, was not done, ask for pickles on the side, was not done, I had to pull pickles off sandwich and go in and ask for them on the side. Ordered 2 different single cookies and got 2 of the same. Ordered sun chips reg and got salsa chips. To beat it all, you can’t drive up to window to get your order via curbside. I had to go in twice to get order, to get pickles and should have cancelled order. Pretzel was cold - not good.

Shady business practices, live .2 miles away and received a page of coupons. Employee and manager both saw the coupon in my hand as I was ordering no one said anything until it was time to pay for my sandwich. Never would have spent 17 dollars on a sandwich and chips. Should be able to use them on the app however. Ruins your mood and is overpriced

I don't understand why they refuse to accept coupons that I clearly received in the Mt. Washington area. If Valpak puts the coupons in the envelope in Mt. Washington, this store should have to accept them. Food was average. I won't go back.
