Ordered a five layer burrito and literally had no beef. Called them and they replaced it and ate it in the store and literally maybe a tablespoon of beef. I hate this place. Food is really expensive and they don't want to give you food. I won't be going back and I will let people know how management probably tells their line workers to put very little beef. If pay for food you should get food.

Stood in lobby for 15 minutes while the employees stood in the kitchen talking about killing someone with a water bottle. After waiting that long to just take my order. And then then just standing there looking at me. I walked out.

When I placed an order, I ordered a supreme luxe craving box (comes with a drink) and a separate drink for my friend. After we ordered we went ahead and asked for our drinks. Some snarky girl goes up to a worker and says “you can’t give them free drinks” we said “no no we ordered them” and they look at each other not believing us, than looked at our order and gave us one and we said we ordered 2 . After they had us our food with the receipt we look at it and go back and show our receipt to a completely different women and slams 2ed cup down on the counter and rolls her eyes and walks away. The girl who said that they couldn’t give out free drinks says again (as soon as she puts the cup down) you can’t give them a cup, I proceeded to say and show that we ordered two cups, and rolls her eyes and walks away.

Food is always meh. Sometimes it's good sometimes it's not. They sure love to close though. Don't think about going here 45 mins til closing.
The food was fairly good, but sort of bland. We had seen one of the employees here smoke outside with the door OPEN. And when we watched him go to the back to handle and prepare our food, HE DIDN’T TAKE THE GLIVES OFF HE USED TO SMOKE, after that, we watched him handle our food and give to the woman that brought us our food and she didn’t tell him to switch his gloves. The food was $30 with tax for three $7 boxes. Plus, they had to take our food back not once, but twice as it was served wrong.
The MANAGER is so nice! She goes over and beyond to fix and issues!!

Apparently the manager here thinks that it is okay to eat as she is preparing food for her customers. She was literally putting food in her mouth with the same, gloved, hands that she was preparing food with! This is unacceptable for any restaurant!

I'm here to eat with my family, and everything was going great until I looked to the back where the manager was cooking. She had gloves on, and while she cooked she would pop food in her mouth. She saw me looking at her and stopped. I asked what her name is, and another employee told me Samantha. She got snotty with another customer who didn't want his drink with his order. I overheard her tell that customer she's been working here for 15 years.
Update: When I was leaving, she was staring at me. I overheard her conversation where she was telling someone about the customer that didn't want a drink with his meal. She acted like he was rude to her employees. When I asked if she needed something due to her staring, she said that it looked like I took a picture of her. And I told her that she probably shouldn't eat food while cooking for her customers. She asked me, "What? Because I ate a chip?" So she's aware that she was eating while cooking for customers with gloves on.
All of the other employees were quite pleasant.

Ordered 2 chicken enchilada burritos, a bean burrito and a chili cheese burrito.....all were mostly just tortilla nothing in them. Also they were rolled more into balls than burritos. Do better guys.
