Food is fine but that place is filthy. No one else in thwre still all but 2 tables were dirty floor needs to be swept and mopped.

We ordered off the kiosk… 4 chicken cantina burritos plus a few other things. Got home and the chicken cantina burritos were missing the red cabbage and were super tiny and did not taste at all like the cantina burritos. I called and Valerie, the manager, handled our complaint with kindness. She gave us the option to come back or come in the next night. We chose the next night and Sam, the manager, fulfilled Valerie’s kindness and refunded our entire order from the previous night plus gave us 4 chicken cantina burritos for free. And yes, they were delicious! Thank you for making it right with us. Both Valerie and Sam went above and beyond to keep us as customers. We appreciate it!
PS I hope the crew that so rudely made fun of the guy who stuttered, Josh, in the drive thru were FIRED!!! Josh deserved better! ❤️💛

After seeing the recent reviews I’d like to share my experience. I live out in Mt Washington and honestly the day shift crew is a lot nicer. If I could just leave a review for the Day shift it would 5/5 in all categories. I tend to believe the issue is in fact three women that work later in the day. It’s like they’re mad just being there. I get it no one loves their job, but have some compassion for others. If you’re mad that you work at Taco Bell just quit don’t blame your problems on other people. If you go there between 9pm-3am prepare to below average service, and attitude. I highly recommend to get your food before then.

I don’t ever leave reviews, but this place did it for me. I went there an hour ago, and had to deal with the worst staff ever. I grew up always having bad stutters. It’s my biggest insecurity, so I put in a mobile order hoping to not to talk a lot. However when I pulled up to the intercom telling them I have a mobile order Josh I stuttered. They had me repeat it four more times. I can hear the woman that took my mobile order, and other girls laughing. Their laughter is still echoing in my ears. I was debating on leaving, but my blood sugar was low so I had to stay. When I got up there a younger girl laughingly said “Josh” ? I just nod my head hoping not to speak. When she turned around she loudly said “The Josh guy is also bald” I’ve never felt so embarrassed. It felt like High school all over again. The cherry on top a 35-40 year old woman gave me my food and said “here you go J..J..JJJ.Josh”. I left that place in tears. If my blood sugar wasn’t dropping I would’ve left. The food was still good though. Late crew needs to go.

I don’t know where to start. The staff were completely rude. I felt so uncomfortable, and unwelcome. I'm a father of 3 with a pregnant wife, so I had fairly large order. I was told on the speaker that if I wanted the whole order I’d have to go through the drive a second time. When I pulled up to the second window a mid age heavy set woman had an attitude. With the drive thru window open she proceeded to bash me in front of her co workers. 20 seconds later another woman with braces told me we don’t do big orders so next time you’ll have to go through the drive thru again. How does that make any logical sense. Mind I just kept saying sorry i didn’t know it would be a big deal. After I got my order the same mid age woman told me “you can go now”. To make things worse I got home missing 4 food items and the wrong drink. It so happened to be my pregnant wife’s food. Just an overall horrible experience. The night staff needs to be let go immediately.

Had 3 different orders for separate people. Told us we could only order 2 per car. Proceeded to tell us that multiple times. Were upset because they had to actually do their jobs.
Gave us 1 sauce packet for a bunch of tacos. Gave us the wrong drink and left a couple items out. Will not be back at this location. Get some better night shift staff who don't hate their lives.

I'm not happy because I just ordered through.Doordash and apparently nobody there can read, because I ordered the nachos with no black beans and no sour cream and a crunch wrap with no sour cream, but yet they all had everything on them.

Pretty solid store. I dont usually have any issues when we come here. Clean, fast and friendly staff. One of the better taco bells I've been to. 4 stars out of 5.

Ordered a five layer burrito and literally had no beef. Called them and they replaced it and ate it in the store and literally maybe a tablespoon of beef. I hate this place. Food is really expensive and they don't want to give you food. I won't be going back and I will let people know how management probably tells their line workers to put very little beef. If pay for food you should get food.
Love eating there
I just got a $7 burrito here that was the size of a soft taco. Not happy and will not be ordering premium items at this location anymore
