The ordering process was amazing with the Moblie order. The drive-through, however, was horribly long at around 20 minutes between confirmation of my moblie order and getting to the pickup window.
The food was all luke-warm, nuggets were rock soild and dry, fries were cold, and the burgers had the wrong customizations for any of them. This was all checked 2 minutes after getting the food from the window.
It was just a sad experience...

Ordered our food on the mobile app to be picked up in the lobby since we had a movie we were going to see and already bought online. Only to find the doors locked, so I held up my phone letting them know I had an order only to let the shift manager tell me he couldn't help me and in the lobby but I could wait in the drive thru line. We got in line at 7:14 p.m., only to get to the drive-thru order board to be told they didn't see my order. They told me to drive around, which took us to finally get to the pickup window only to be given 2 bags with someone else's food in which the shift manager told us to keep it since he couldn't take those orders back. They had to make our order while we sat at the pick-up window. Received our order at 8:14pm! Hope Noone goes there. Wish I could give a negative rating!

female at drive thru came off rude talking about “you know what you want” all snappy and then gave us a pineapple frosty when we asked for a pineapple mango lemonade, also ordered and paid for a large coke we never received, on top of that ordered and paired for two DOUBLE baconator combos and she gave us

I don’t know who’s doing drive-thru between timeframe 1:15-1:25pm of 10/10/2024. Young female taking orders is rude but efficient at the same time. Doesn’t provide total, then instead of “please pull up” it’s, “pull up” in the most arrogant tone off voice as if she hates her job. Sweetie, there’s nobody keeping the door from hitting you on the way out, it’s that simple. Just simply leave if you’re going to treat the consumer like trash like your attitude.

I’ve been to this Wendy’s since it’s opened and tonight’s crew was an absolute mess. 10/3....They were messing up drive thru orders, DoorDash orders, and people waiting at dine in were sweating waiting for orders because it was so hot in there. Manager was opening up sandwiches with bare hands... no gloves to check which sandwich went to which customer.... completely disgusting!!!
Saucy nuggs were disappointing. The service was quick and the girl behind the counter was very nice.

One of the girls working there stole my 10piece chicken nuggets. I was watching her put them in the bag and then the bag fell over so she went and got a different bag and then angled her body so i couldn’t see and when i got home and looked in the bag - boom 10 piece chicken nugget nowhere to be found. do they not feed you? are you okay? i would’ve bought you some if you really wanted it that bad.
