I’ve been loyal to Wendy’s for years, but after today, I’m done. I spent nearly nine dollars on a sausage biscuit and a sweet tea, asked for a barbecue sauce, and was told it would be 53 cents—something I’ve never been charged for before at any Wendy’s.
It may seem small, but it’s the principle. Customer service is what keeps you in business. When a company starts nickel-and-diming people over a single sauce packet, it shows the priorities have shifted. The manager’s rude and dismissive attitude only made the situation worse.
And here’s the truth: I could walk into Chick-fil-A, ask for 15 barbecue sauces, and their response would be, “My pleasure.” Take notes.
Don’t let money and greed get in the way of treating customers with respect. You’ve officially lost a long-time customer over something that could have been fixed with basic courtesy. It’s a shame it has come to this.

I appreciated our talk at the drive thru window and if his boss in on here he deserves a raise for sure, I mean the dude is top tier ✨✨✨✨

If you come after 5-6 pm your food is going to be very old I went through tonight around 8 pm and my nuggets were cold, and hard as a rock I ended up having to throw all 14 of them away. After having to go back through because they forgot my nuggets. It’s ridiculous do better they used to be really good about timers and old food being thrown out or food just being made my order. I’ve worked in many fast food places and it’s disgusting what this store has become

I placed a mobile order, picked it up through the drive-thru, and unfortunately, nearly everything about the experience was unacceptable.
Out of six items ordered, only one was prepared correctly (the drink). Here were the issues with the initial order:
Burger: missing tomato and mustard, served so cold and dry that the cheese was still unmelted.
Cheesy potato: barely any cheese sauce, no shredded cheese.
Fries: completely missing from the bag.
Salad: barely any lettuce, no blue cheese crumbles (which I paid extra for), and instead a piece of sliced cheese folded on top.
My husband returned to the restaurant, where the manager was very apologetic and agreed to remake the order. While I appreciated the effort, the problems only continued:
The burger was still cold and inedible (there is no way these are being made fresh given how dry and cold the patties are).
The salad was improved with blue cheese crumbles and more lettuce, but the baked potato was severely overcooked, dry, and contained even less cheese sauce than before.
The fries were forgotten a second time, requiring yet another trip through the drive-thru.
In total, this order required three trips through the drive-thru, two trips home, and still left us with food that was cold, missing items, or poorly prepared. To make matters worse, the staff at the window seemed unfazed when correcting the repeated mistakes.
This is not the first disappointing experience we have had at this location. In fact, we keep giving it another chance every few months, hoping for improvement, but it only seems to be getting worse. After spending $40 and going through all of this frustration, I can confidently say we will not be returning again.
I truly hope you take this feedback seriously, as no customer should have to endure such a poor experience for something as simple as a mobile order.

After sitting at the drive thru window for almost 15 minutes to even be spoken to or given my food, I finally received my salad along with my chocolate cold foam drink only to find no cold foam, because the employee had completely, 100% stirred it into my drink and ruined the texture as a result, making it undrinkable. Any other place I've been to, they KNOW you don't stir cold foam into drinks. Train your store better cause you've lost yet another customer, until you do.

My biscuit has been hard and overcooked 2 times this week.
Rated 3 stars because we ordered a kids meal and the worker never asked if we wanted fries or apple slices. On the way home we saw fries in the bag and no apple slices, So he assumed we wanted fries. The chicken nuggets and fries were kind of dark colored. The grease needed to be changed. Overall the food was okay. 3 stars.

I have placed an order through DoorDash for the same breakfast 2 times now. I asked to remove American cheese and Swiss cheese sauce. The Swiss cheese sauce has been on the sandwich the last two times I’m allergic to cheese and can’t eat them. I spent close to $16 for each meal and wasn’t able to eat sandwiches.
I only ordered 2 crispy chicken sandwiches, they forgot 1 of them, the 1 sandwich I did get was old and cold. Gross.
The ordering process was amazing with the Moblie order. The drive-through, however, was horribly long at around 20 minutes between confirmation of my moblie order and getting to the pickup window.
The food was all luke-warm, nuggets were rock soild and dry, fries were cold, and the burgers had the wrong customizations for any of them. This was all checked 2 minutes after getting the food from the window.
It was just a sad experience...
This Wendys needs a serious management change and employee training.
