Slow service, took 25 minutes to get food.

If ZERO OR NEGATIVE STARS was an option. Order taken at 6:14pm. Pulled off at 6:50. To get home and not one item ordered was in the bag. Now it’s 7:22pm and I’m waiting for an entire order to be remade. Offered a free meal on my next visit ???? absolute joke! Unless you have 30 mins to wait for food I wouldn’t come here. Been here 3-4 times and everytime I have never had my order taken and food in hand in less than 25mins. I would have preferred to have a refund.

I went in today to get my kids and I some food. One of the kids box meal had a bug in it, so I tell them, they give me a replacement. We take the left overs home and there is another bug in the food when they go to eat the rest of it. Nasty as can be. Ill never step foot in that place ever again.

I tried Zaxby's for the first time and it's a disaster. Long wait time in drive-thru and received another person's order. When I got home I had 2 of some type of rolls . I ordered a Chicken Sandwich. So, I paid $10.14 for 2 little rolls and a medium drink.Why waste time haggling with them, I'm gone.

Mediocre at best. Bland no flavor. You have to wait just for someone to take your order. Then half of the food was warm other half was cold. Floors and tables were sticky. Bathrooms smelled a homeless person lived in them. Will never return ever.

A little slow as the cashier was also delivering food to tables. The seasoning on the chicken was a little salter than usual, and the fries were heavy on their seasoning. There was plenty of parking even for the "church" crowd being there.

Employees are slow and rude. Need better management and training. Girl at the speaker is just laughing in the speaker asking me for my name after I already repeated it 4 times. There's literally me and another person in the line lol Just take my order.
