The air conditioner malfunctioned and dumped gallons of disgusting water on my mother and in response we were given free meal coupons that we weren't allowed to even use.

everyone is so sweet here. The store is very clean and the food is served very quickly and I don’t think I’ve ever gotten it served cold to me. Would 10 out of 10. Recommend them at Washington location.

My first visit to a Zaxbys.
Food was good (chicken fingers) but didn’t see the new items on menu or anywhere!
The town had a water ban and had to get cans of soda, fine. But before I ate I used the restroom to wash my hands and there were no signs displayed about the water being contaminated and I didn’t think about it. Worse is how are employees washing anything 😡.

I ordered 3 chicken quesdilla, 1 fries ,and an order of veggie egg rolls. Waited a few for the order to be taking ( fine ) cause the guy at the window say there was problems. But then was asked to pull forward ( fine ) but then watch 2 cars get thier food and leave while I wait maybe 10 minutes before I walked in and ask why I didn't get my food and other cars got thiers and then the lady fixing it I guess started running her mouth saying special orders take longer and quesdillas take 3 minutes.. it's literally the same chicken just on a shell.. Terrible customer service...

Overall the meal olqas okay. The chicken strips were very salty and I love salt, so if it is too salty for me it is extremely salty for anyone else. However, the reason I rated it 5 starts was because of the young man that waited on us. He was very courteous, polite, professional and knew the menu perfectly! I appreciated his courtesy so much I went back up and thanked him and gave him a $5 tip! I'm this day and she it is difficult to find a young person who takes pride in their job!

Came in to pick up an online order and waited for over 15 minutes past my pick up time. Watched at least 10 orders get made before mine. Myself and multiple online orders were waiting in the lobby. They literally pushed all the online orders back to get their drive thru and in restaurant orders out first. This is ridiculous, I ordered online to keep schedule, will never come back. Wish I could leave a zero star!

My first time at this Zaxby's. Food is good and the employees are so nice. I usually go to drive thru, but went in. I didn't realize how many options there are. Jasmyne was very patient with me when I couldn't decide. Let me add a lemon pepper strip to my meal to try it. Toast was crunchy and delicious and the sweet tea was perfect.
