“This was my first time at Sonic. The ordering system wasn’t the best because the staff couldn’t really hear us and vice versa. The staff also didn’t repeat our order back to us, which resulted in them messing it up.

I would’ve left fewer stars if not for the way the manager really made things right for us. They quickly corrected the order, and even gave us a couple of coupons to make up for the mistake. Now that is exemplary customer service! I don’t know the name of the manager or I’d give them a personal shout out for doing a great job!

“Stopped in while traveling, it was the best chicken sandwich from Wendy’s we have had in a while. Tomatoes and lettuce were fresh and perfect on our spicy chicken sandwiches. The staff were a breath of fresh air with their kindness. Restroom could have been cleaner but the food and staff made up for it. I almost thought maybe they thought we were mystery shoppers! They had, what appeared to be, a person in training running the register. Nice guy!“
