First time I ate at a DQ and it was great

Just got two blizzards and a milk shake
They were so running we couldn’t eat them we brought them home and put in the freezer hopefully we can eat later
Normally happy with purchase but not this time

I had forgotten how good DQ's burgers are!

The service was quick. The men's room is very dirty.

The staff and service is great but the amount of food you get for the price is not. Paid almost $8 for not even a handful of popcorn shrimp……had I known it was such a small amount I definitely would NOT have ordered this for my daughter.

Nice staff, it seems well-run, and the cones are delish!

Layla was a pure joy!!! She brought our food to us and remembered exactly who got what! We were traveling through to go to a funeral and she was such bright spot!! God bless you Layla and thank you so much for your smiles!!

I have been consistently going to this DQ for about 8 months now. In the last few weeks, things have gotten out of hand. Last time I was there I waited over 25 minutes for food in a drive thru pull up spot, whole others behind me got their orders and left right away.

Today I stopped in for fries and gravy and a soda. Fries are so cold, some taste like raw potatoes and others are hard to chew/bite.

Getting harder and harder to find edible food in Munfordville 😢

Arrived at dairy Queen 5:30 Central Time January 28th 2025 I went through drive-thru 2/$7 double cheeseburgers extra pickles on each and a large Coke. I was asked to pull ahead and instructed by the younger night manager to wait in three . I sat there for about 6 minutes waiting. I finally was brought an order and it was not mine. I had the young lady who brought it to me to get me the manager. The manager with red hair and glasses tall gentleman came out and took back and he said he would make me another order and bring it directly to me. I sat there for a good half an hour and waited and waited and he never came back. All right then proceeded to go into the store waiting for the manager to bring me my remake order. In the meantime all the customers that were in line their orders were either lost or made improperly it had to be remade multiple attendance on the counter asked me over and over what my order was and I explained to them I went through drive-thru and was instructed to wait and had to tell them what I ordered again. Needless to say I arrived at 5:30 p.m. central Time and at 6:22 I was getting a refund because they ran out of burgers so they could not even remake my food. So when the manager who was supposed to deliver my food again give me my refund he said he forgot about me.

The workers were extremely friendly! But they were obviously short staffed with 6 workers and also training a new employee. I waited inside for my take out order for 12 minutes and noticed the timer for the drive thru had 2 patrons also waiting for 12 minutes with 3 more behind them in the drive thru. Only 1 person preparing food, so manager left one person making ice cream and started helping prep food which is where she should have been to begin with. But the food was great!

I stopped at this Dairy Queen every time I ride through MumfordVille. It’s always clean the people who work here are always friendly and they play Christian music all the time. It’s just a great place to stop and enjoy a meal.
