This is a warning to everyone who plans on coming to this sess pit. I used to work here years ago, and it was disgusting then. They did what they called "blanching" the fries and tots. They fry them halfway, then hang the fryer above the grease, and make them to order from halfway. Idk if they're still doing that or not, but I digress. They mess my order up every single time, and thats not an exaggeration. My family loves Sonic, but we live in Munfordville, so normally, I won't eat there. My wife and child just got food from there and this is how it went. I ordered my wife a small fry, and small popcorn chicken with BBQ sauce. They didn't give me the bbq sauce, the chicken was only half full, and it was a SMALL. The fries tasted, and looked like they had been cooked in the same grease they used at the last supper. My daughter got a hot dog wacky pack with cheese tots, and a small coke zero. The hot dog was cooked in the fryer, the tots had no cheese and were soggy, but atleast they put ice in the drink this time. This place is a waste of a building, and it's disgusting. If coporate had a shred of integrity, this place would be shut down.

I have been out here multiple times and every time I order, they don’t have everything to make the stuff that I order. Normally I do not complain, but it’s ridiculous how every time I go they have to come outside to tell me they can’t successfully fill my order because they are out of something. Someone isn’t doing their job because there is no reason for anybody to be out of everything all the time. I will never be ordering food from this sonic ever again.

Don’t waste your time or money stopping here. The service is subpar and the food is edible half the time. I usually order online so I don’t have to wait 30+ minutes to get my order. Today I placed an online order get to the store every stall outside is off and does not work. When I finally get up to tell them I have an online order I’m informed it’s gonna be 20-30 minute wait depending on other food orders. So an online order placed at 11:30 and supposed to have been picked up at 11:45 took until almost 12:30 to get picked up. When I finally did get my order you can tell it had been ready for a while the fries and tots were soggy and the ice cream was melted. Do yourself a favor and just find somewhere else to eat. This will be my last time stopping at this location.
