I have never been treated this rudely at a restaurant. After a 30 minute wait, they brought us burned chicken. We were in the middle of a road trip with two young kids waiting in the car. They made us return the entire order to get a refund and gave no apology for ruining our meal. The staff lady working was extremely unfriendly and irritable.

The food is always hot & on point!!! The c.c. machine was down so it was cash only that day but the guy at the window was EXCELLENT! So polite & friendly also made sure my wife had plenty of Ranch for the Buffalo chicken dippers!!Parking: It's a car hop bruh! You got space!

Food was fresh, hot, and tasted great. The staff was prompt, friendly and efficient. We ended up ordering more food while we were eating and the young man that brought it out had no issue when we asked for more ketchup. Smiled and brought it right out. Good job!

Whatever the situation was inside the restaurant definitely reflected in the food. A man took our order in person. The order was incorrect. Asked for fries instead of tots. She asked for the tots back. Waited over five minutes for these fries. They were darker in person. My fiance asked for extra pickle, he had three pickles.

It's really gone downhill from what it was. Fries looked like yesterday's, burger was barely warm and cheddar peppers were more brown than golden. Could have just been the crew working that day, I'll give them another shot, but I gave over half my food to the dog.

Its sonic. If it's not fried, get it the f<"( off our menu. Ok so, I ordered online and picked up at a stall and that took like 3 minutes. Got home and got through half my meal when I realized that my burger was wrong, no worries. So I called these gals up and told them it was wrong. They tell me to bring back the wrong burger and my meal ticket very quickly. I head back to the same stall and hit the red button, I tell the lady I called and she told me she'd be out shortly. Now I've been kind, understanding, and very forgiving because I've been in their shoes. This blue haired lady rolls up to my window demanding, with outstretched hands agreed upon items as I hand over items. She abruptly snatches both items from me and scurries to the rear of the restaurant to inspect my allegations. One minute later she blindly passes back by me. Roughly seven minutes later another lady brings me a near picture perfect burger that was it. I thought maybe another drink or something, I received an apology from the young lady that brought out my food. It could have been worse but the level of unnecessary rudeness was high. And the burger wasn't hot enough to melt the cheese.

Employee stated they were out of all fountain drinks and shakes. They could offer us tea. We agreed. Then they stated they were out of medium cups and would be giving us a large cup, but it would only be filled halfway. We declined and took our business somewhere else.
