Asher and Jodie were some class act gentlemen. Was passing through on the way to Texas and had some of the best conversation I have had the entire 25 hour drive. Give those boys a raise!

This location needs training in customer service. I'm never a person who calls back and complains. But when I have to drive 30 minutes round trip and you messed my order up and I have to come back and try to get the correct sandwich, I'm not gonna be happy go lucky. the girl working tells me she made it herself... Making it personal. Automatically acting like I'm attacking her when this is about a sandwich.. They even admit to messing up the sandwiches but not being able to remake it bc they need to bake more bread. So to solve this they switched the two steak sandwiches but either way one of the sandwiches was still wrong. Then they put it on the shelf for pick up like nothing was wrong. The same person who said she made it herself saw me pick it up and told me to have a nice night. Then you'll only replace half, when I paid for a full sandwich is BS. And the only reason she said she could only replace half is because that was all the steak she had in the store supposedly. So also possibly inventory is being mismanaged if you can't even keep the ingredients on your menu in the store. Then the general manager Crystal got on the phone today and was automatically as defensive as the person working like it's coming out of their pockets. Or like I'm trying to get something for free. I didn't even want to refund, I just wanted the right sandwich. When pay almost $13 for a sandwich, with only 2 toppings mind you, I want what I paid for. These people literally got paid to be terrible at customer service while I had to take an extra trip to get HALF of what I paid for. How does that make sense, how can you think that these problems in your store or that you created are your customers problem? And in the past this Subway has literally called me when they didn't have something that I ordered to see what else I wanted.. if I needed to wait for bread all I would have needed is a heads up. Why wasn't that the case this time? When I walked in the sandwich should have been fixed. Period. Not another word wouldn't have been said I would have thanked her instead of telling her how her excuses didn't make sense and how she should put herself in my shoes. No I wasn't the nicest but I was not belligerent. Instead of that I left asking for a corporate number. if she didn't have what she needed to replace it she should have offered something else or a refund. Literal trash service and training. I was a general manager at McDonald's and I would never act as Crystal did on the phone and I would also take a moment to train my employees so we don't have to deal with this again. But when I mentioned that to Crystal she didn't want to hear anything I was already the enemy. She did offer to replace the sandwich today which I don't even want I don't even want the refund. I just wanted to talk to somebody who had more sense and she clearly did not. Training for her would be beneficial as well. Was also refused a corporate number by the employee and once again when talked to the GM, Crystal. Tried to get a supervisors number she told me it was her I had to deal with. As far as I'm concerned they can shove the wrong steak sandwich, which I still have because nobody would eat it, up their behinds, to put it nicely. I had two orders and spent around $50. Stop going to work and trying to pass off half-ass effort to people who are paying. Don't get defensive, it's not personal. Its business, just fix the problem. Owners, just take a look at your reviews and you'll see I'm not some crazy Karen customer because other people are getting crappy service too. You're last 5 star review was 6 months ago. Don't you want you business to be respected in the community it serves? DO BETTER.

The veggies are old and subs have little meat in them. Worst is the attitude of the lady who is not only unwelcoming but rude as if she is doing customers a favor by serving.

Do not go here, there are other subs nearby.

Would leave zero stars if I could, placed 3 orders, every single sandwich was wrong. They weren’t ready on time. Rude when picked up. Couldn’t be bothered to toast a ham and cheese sandwich or put cucumbers on a correct sandwich. Imagine if there was a food allergy. I never complain on places but be so serious, not one sandwich correct is a bit ridiculous when 3 were meat and cheese only!

Everytime I get a sub sandwich from here it’s wrong. If you are standing infront of them you may have a chance other than that it will be wrong. I’m not saying just maybe mayonnaise, I’m talking missing items, wrong bread, not toasted or half a sandwich not a whole one. I was even told they won’t honor coupons or store cards because they are independent. No more eating here.

This was a great restaurant back in the 90’s, but it’s gone down hill ever since then. I took a 20 year break from ordering here and decided I would give them another chance. 4 out of 5 times I ate here I would be ill for a day or two. I may never go back. Fast food as a whole has taken a huge hit, but hygiene and cross contamination should be any restaurants primary focus. Sadly, this one just doesn’t meet the standard

Stands to reason why there is never anyone there other than the occasional high away passerby. Sucks for them !

yea i live here in munfordville, there is a lady that works towards the morning, around 10am id say, and she makes it right, there is an indian man tho around 3pm that works there and he is shorting so badly, he puts baby size amounts of chicken on the sandwich, and when i ask for more (to make it a normal amount) he charges me for extra. When there is a different employee there i get twice as much on my sandwich without having to ask for more and i pay normal price. i was told "thats enough" when i asked for more because he puts about 2 half scoops of chicken on my sandwich. and its dirty. my chicken was mushy and not even cold anymore since i dont get mine toasted. bad sanitization. thats why one person i personally know left there because they are scamming, actually scamming. so if you guys ever need to stop off the interstate and want subway. just keep going towards glasgow till you see horse cave exit and there is a subway on the left at the gas station 10 times better. It's munfordville, cant expect nothing good here.

We went there last Sunday. The man was rude. He was training a girl and embarrassed her right in front of us for a small mistake. I spoke up and told her not to take that from him. She was so embarrassed. We will not be back if he is in there. He skimmped on the sandwiches also. The price was ridiculous for the amount of food we got and not very good.
