Everytime I get a sub sandwich from here it’s wrong. If you are standing infront of them you may have a chance other than that it will be wrong. I’m not saying just maybe mayonnaise, I’m talking missing items, wrong bread, not toasted or half a sandwich not a whole one. I was even told they won’t honor coupons or store cards because they are independent. No more eating here.

This was a great restaurant back in the 90’s, but it’s gone down hill ever since then. I took a 20 year break from ordering here and decided I would give them another chance. 4 out of 5 times I ate here I would be ill for a day or two. I may never go back. Fast food as a whole has taken a huge hit, but hygiene and cross contamination should be any restaurants primary focus. Sadly, this one just doesn’t meet the standard

yea i live here in munfordville, there is a lady that works towards the morning, around 10am id say, and she makes it right, there is an indian man tho around 3pm that works there and he is shorting so badly, he puts baby size amounts of chicken on the sandwich, and when i ask for more (to make it a normal amount) he charges me for extra. When there is a different employee there i get twice as much on my sandwich without having to ask for more and i pay normal price. i was told "thats enough" when i asked for more because he puts about 2 half scoops of chicken on my sandwich. and its dirty. my chicken was mushy and not even cold anymore since i dont get mine toasted. bad sanitization. thats why one person i personally know left there because they are scamming, actually scamming. so if you guys ever need to stop off the interstate and want subway. just keep going towards glasgow till you see horse cave exit and there is a subway on the left at the gas station 10 times better. It's munfordville, cant expect nothing good here.

We went there last Sunday. The man was rude. He was training a girl and embarrassed her right in front of us for a small mistake. I spoke up and told her not to take that from him. She was so embarrassed. We will not be back if he is in there. He skimmped on the sandwiches also. The price was ridiculous for the amount of food we got and not very good.

First and foremost, please don't come here. Sadly, we stopped by here. We were driving through Kentucky from Florida to visit family in New York. We were super hungry and wanted something that can make us full.One of the employees (barely spoke English) smelled very, very bad. Stunk like sweat. And there were flies behind the counter. I also repeatedly had to ask the employee to add more veggies. It was like he's ordered to under portion customers. I'm no lawyer but that feels illegal as hell. I'm gonna be contacting Subway headquarters. A lot of the staff don't even speak English and you could barely understand them (they look like from India). Lastly, when I was ordering 2 subs and waiting (long wait times), I looked on the side and it seemed the roof was caving in.I love Kentucky but this business is a poor representation of Kentucky and you can tell the owner of this business doesn't care. Wouldn't be shocked if he only hires people from India and doesn't pay taxes. People like that are everywhere. I'm gonna report this one particular franchise to the corporation.Hygiene is important and customers don't want sweat on their food.
