I went to this Taco Bell on a road trip. It was so good that I made a note of which exit it was on, and I ate here again on my way home! They did NOT skimp on the burrito filling, and it just somehow tasted a little better than any other Taco Bell I've been to. On my second visit, I ate inside instead of using the drive through. The inside was REALLY clean. I noticed a piece of paper posted outside one of the doors. It was their latest health inspection; they got a 100%. That's impressive for ANY restaurant, let alone fast food. Bravo, Munfordville Taco Bell, and keep up the good work! I will be back on my next road trip. :)

The food was assembled correctly (above average for fast food), it actually looked close to what the picture represented. The taste was better than the last Taco Beel I went to, mainly because you eat with your eyes first. The staff were friendly, the place was clean.

If you go to this Taco Bell in October, you're in for some "scary Halloween" fun!! They are decorated with skeletons and other Halloween things! The food is good and staff is friendly.

Well new to town, we did online order to make it easier. We our moving so time is limited. Wife was rushed around almost didn't get our cups actually had to argue to get them. They didn't have my chips in my order. She was missing her taco and her burrito. She wasn't driving back and dealing with drive through only when they were rude already and with the move it was hectic so we just ate our food and finished unpacking tonight's load. So now this is the second restaurant in our new town we will not go to. We don't eat fast food much harldy ever but still.

I'm going to start this off by saying that Taco Bell is my favorite fast food. It has been since the late 70s (did I just date myself?). Even though I worked at Taco Bell for over 9 years, it's still #1 for me.This location has, for months now, been my dinner location on my monthly trip to Nashville. It's right off the expressway and it's easy to get in and out of.The staff here has always been friendly and helpful. On my most recent visit the young lady at the counter apologized for taking so long to get my food (it really wasn't very long at all) because they were celebrating a birthday. Hey, No Worries from me! Birthdays are important. If it means I had to wait two or three minutes longer it is 100% not an issue. On this particular visit I decided to try the new Dipping Taco. It amazes me what Taco Bell can do with their ingredients because, let's face it, the bulk of their menu items are just different arrangements of the stuff they already have. For the Dipping Taco they've added brisket...and I'm not even kidding when I say it is AwesomeSauce! I make it a point to try every new item that Taco Bell comes out with. This is definitely in the Top 5 of All Time. The colour scheme of this location, with a heavy presence of what I'm going to call Teal, is refreshing. One wall is decorated with taco sauce packets (not real taco sauce packets because that would probably start to smell and attract ants) that are set against a vertical background of colourness. It's actually very eye-catching.In over a half dozen visits to this location the dining room has always been clean and tidy and they do a good job of checking in on it pretty regularly. Typically one of the downfalls of any fast food dining room is the drink station because, by and large, people are slobs and don't clean up after themselves when they get their drinks. One strange thing about this location is that there is no mirror in the bathroom (and if you're now singing "Mirror in the Bathroom" by English Beat, we need to be friends). None. Let me direct you to the photo that I took illustrating the complete lack of a mirror. (it's around here somewhere). I don't know if there isn't one by design, or if it got broken and they just decided they didn't need it.My only real "complaint" isn't so much of complaint as it is a statement of person preference. I'm not a fan of the patently country music that plays overheard. Not really a bad thing, but I'm not really a fan of country so it's just not my taste. It won't keep me from visiting.

I forgot to ask for a substitution, and the friendly, efficient staff very quickly remedied the issue and gave me a free coupon despite the problem having been on my end.
