I ordered curbside at this location and stood at the counter for 10 minutes, while the bartender dealt with a DoorDash issue. The manager came up to help & said nothing to me about the wait. I mentioned my disappointment to the bartender about his manager & he was extremely sweet. Came home & our salad have no dressing & don’t match the description online… got the oriental chicken salad… just a bunch of cabbage & carrots…

I would have given 5 stars if the bar was open. I was in from out of town and did not know about the transfer thing
We stopped here for lunch. Parking lot was almost empty which usually scares me off from restaurants. However, the chicken strips and fries my daughter ordered and the grilled chicken (Fiesta Lime, I think was the name) salad I had were both out of this world delicious. Best salad I’ve had in a really long time. It had rice in it, fresh salsa, beans, guacamole, and fried onion strips. It was extremely good and was a hefty sized serving.

What a sad sad restaurant. I should have known we were in for something bad with how extremely empty this place was on a Thursday night. The portions are SO extremely small for the price. It's laughable. Cold less than mediocre food.

Took my family there to have a nice dinner and took 15 minutes just to get four drinks and it was the hostess that brought them Then we waited another 15 minutes which at this point no server still approach. I can sympathize when a business is busy or lack of staff, but this type of time wait I think is unreasonable, especially since we had no server ever come to the table until it was time to pay for our drinks. If you tend to come to this Applebee’s be prepare to wait for a while.

First of all, our server Shauna was FANTASTIC!!! Y’all need to give her a raise because you don’t find servers like her anymore!! My husband, our 2 teenage boys and I went in to eat on Saturday around 8pm. I had the chicken wonton tacos, my husband had the fiesta lime chicken, my boys had a whiskey burger and the new chicken sandwich…. We got all of our food in a timely manner and it was all delicious!! Shauna stayed on top of our drinks and no one ran out and we didn’t want for nothing! We would recommend this location and definitely ask for Shauna ???

WOULD NOT COME AGAIN EVEN IF IT WAS MY LAST MEAL!! I recently had a very disappointing experience at Applebee's. After driving 2 hours to get there, I was met with terrible hospitality. I ordered a steak, and it looked like it had been sitting out for a while. The food took a long time to arrive, and even longer for my card to process. Overall, it was the worst food I've ever had. As a business expert, this place should be shut down. Definitely not worth the trip.

Where do I start? THE FOOD TERRIBLE, SERVICE EVEN WORSE. We visited Applebee's in Murray with high expectations. Our waitress informed us it was her second day, so we were understanding of any mistakes. However, we waited nearly two hours for our food, which arrived cold and dry. Despite our efforts to enjoy the meal, it lacked flavor.
When it came time to pay, our waitress took our cards but was unable to process the payment for about an hour in a half. She explained she didn’t have access to charge customers yet, and even with management's involvement, we waited an additional hour and a half. Throughout this time, our waitress was attending to other tables and processing their payments.
We tried to remain patient and polite, and when we asked how much longer it would take, one employee was being a smart aleck about the situation. So, we asked another employee for management, which took forever to come.
Overall, the experience was disappointing due to the long wait times, poor food quality, and unhelpful staff!!!
