Went through the drive thru for a four piece fish dinner. Got home and it was all CHICKEN. When I called (twice) no one answered the phone (what did I expect - duh). Get an adult working there PLEASE! Robbed once again. Just stay away. Not worth the aggravation. Can see why this business is spiraling away down the drain. Any bets on how long the “don’t bother us with your customer concerns” restaurant lasts????? I give it 24-36 months. Dogs enjoyed the chicken by the way 👍

I ordered a meal online. I went to pick it up and waited 30 minutes. I asked what was taking so long and the workers said they had not received my order yet. I told them I would just show them my paid receipt and they could give me my food. They told me they could not give me my food or a refund because of it being an online order. I was very surprised they turned me away without giving me my food. It was just a 4 piece fish meal. I didn't understand losing a customer over a computer error. I called Captain Ds customer service line and was told they would mail me a card for a free meal. It's been a long time now and it never came. Captain Ds has no customer service skills and has stolen my money at this point. I feel like they have committed the crime of theft by deception now.

I just went through the drive-through and ordered 2 fish meals with 5 piece shrimp with each. I had to pull up and wait for the order to be brought out, and then after getting home with my order, I discovered that both 5 piece shrimp were not included. I have tried multiple times to get through on the phone and have not been able to get through. On a positive note, the fish is very good.

Fish was not fully cooked, French fries were too salty and did not get the hush puppies that were ordered. I had to wait in line for 15 minutes. The lady at the window appeared stressed but was nice and no one was helping her.

This has got to be the worst “professional” places I ever been to and I’m just a dasher. I came to pick up food this night at 830pm on Dec 20th and there is a older woman looking like she’s been drinking all day eating food from the back not paying attention to up front customers but instead in the back talking about me being a big guy and how “I might steal the food that I’m delivering” and the moment I look at her she waved like I couldn’t just hear what she said. That being said Captain Ds is terrible always has been always will be that’s why they have to use a “ghost” restaurant when people place orders. This is a terrible terrible spot especially that rude employee and I hope this place shuts down or goes out of business cause it just makes me sick not to mention constantly sending out wrong orders or something always missing!

It's the third time I've been there, it's always been great, but this last time I ordered the three-piece catfish combo and they gave me this small thing. I went back to clarify and they told me they'll fix it. I said thank you and went back to my car. It's frustrating to see that they gave you the same thing, nothing like the previous visits and they still serve you as if you were asking for something free, a very bad experience.

Ordered catfish which was disgusting! Lumpy coating instead of the cornmeal that it was supposed to be. The catfish tasted and looked like it was not cooked. I requested and received two other pieces that were equally horrible. The beverage dispensers had mold growing on them. The health department should cite them.

I went in Sunday October 13th. I ordered spicy fish. Then when I got it I took it back up to the counter she said oh we don’t have any spicy fish. Well before I placed my order she said we can’t take cash unless it’s the exact amount no coleslaw slaw. No this no that but didn’t say no spicy fish. The 3 workers was arguing in front of the customers. This Captain D’s is a JOKE!!
