They are always out of mac and cheese after like 5 pm and they don't restock it. As a vegetarian it's frustrating since it's one of the only things I can actually eat from there. I've checked 3 nights in a row and they've been out. Chickfila please make more Mac and cheese. They also short you on fries all the time. One of the only other things I can eat from there. Chickfila please get your life together

The quality of the food is consistently excellent, and I have never encountered any issues in that regard. However, the primary area for improvement lies in the extended wait times. Customers may have to wait for an extended period, often exceeding 45 minutes, before receiving their orders after placing them. This is primarily due to the high volume of orders being processed.

Food is good but it takes almost an hour to get just a sandwich and french fries. It does not make sense why it takes so long.

Honestly this has to be the worst chick-fil-a in the country. Never have I ever seen suck horrible service in my life. My sunny day had no ice. Only 4 small sized waffle fries in the medium. And everything seemed chaotic. The was no my pleasure when I said thank you for receiving my food. Every other restaurant I've ever been to has been polite and helpful. Here it's like the are so over whelmed they have no time for customers. I feel I didn't get anything close to the value that I'm used too. I highly suggest you fix management.
