Everything was quick and easy! The service was great, all workers were nice and polite, they let you take your time with ordering and then made it quickly. It was very clean, and all of my family and I's orders were made perfectly.

I stopped by tonight 20 minutes before closing with 6 wonderful students who deserved a treat. As we walked in the young lady mopping at the door told us they were closed.I asked to verify the time on the door and online. Another young lady behind the counter said something and the first lady said, I guess we are still open.While we ordered all three ladies were slamming freezer doors, slamming containers, and the register drawer. They didn’t mix-in anything on the cold plate, they just slammed everything together in a cup and handed it over.Overall they were rude to me and the students. Not a good representation of my experience at other cold stone locations.While we drove off (10 minutes before close) they turned away other customers.

Just awful service. I understand workers want to leave or close early. But we went here twice this week and both times employees acted like it was a pain to make our order. If someone doesn't want to wait on customers or be nice, give them another task. My wife decided to continue with her order, but I changed my mind after our experience at the counter. We're from out of town, so thankfully we won't be back. We also heard employees openly complaining about people coming in before they close.

well we stop in to get ice cream and pull spoon out to fund a long hair in it. went back in to get a different one and what happens on the first scoop. yes another hair!!????

4 stars because I ordered 5 bowls and one was supposed to be dipped and I paid for it. Pretty good other than that.

Good icecream but the store was dirty. Icecream on the walls by the tables, the floor hadn't been swept, and the amount of caked on ice cream on the tables was just kinda gross.
