Not what it used to be. Less food for more money and the poor staff get shafted in decent pay.

Staff was slow getting up front to take orders. Was quiet and didn’t help me with the menu. Hotdogs were old and shriveled and dry. Chili sauce was thrown on and old as was the cheese thrown in a hurry on top. Small fry was just that, very small. Chicken cheesy quesadillas were lacking on chicken. No condiments offered or in the bag. The inside restaurant was freezing. Follow up: I tried to call the customer service number that you suggested so we can discuss your store and the situation there, it went to a recording, then announced that nobody was there to take my call. Leave a message. Does anyone see a common denominator here?

Editing my review to add the STAFF IS AMAZING! I work in murray sometimes and everytime Im there I have to get cook out! Everytime the staff goes above and beyond!
