My wife enjoys shopping in the front store for hard to find unique gifts. Waiting in line to be seated can be cramped sometimes. We have experienced friendly server’s and its wide menu selection has something for everyone. How ever, the food preparation has been hit and miss. Some food looks and tastes like it’s been sitting around for hours. Sometimes the food is not cooked completely. I believe that quality control is missing here.

Can’t go wrong with Cracker Barrel. This location had a wonderful staff, but it just is really hard to beat the all day breakfast accompanied by warm biscuits. Recommend any time!

We visited Cracker Barrel after church on Sunday. Happily there was no wait to be seated. Our waitress arrived quickly to take our order. The food was ready without delay. I had the fried chicken salad and it was very good. The serving was enough that I took some home to eat later. It was a very good experience with an excellent, friendly waitress and great food.

So I have been visiting this Cracker Barrel in Murray, KY since late 2008. Have seen its ups and downs for sure. Still my favorite place to get a “home cooked meal”. I have traveled most of my life for work and always knew I could roll up into Cracker Barrel’s across the country and get a solid meal. The Murray Cracker Barrel is close to home and I just wanted to say through all the changes that one server has stood out with consistency, solid attitude, and superior service. His name is Jackson and I would hire that man in a split second if I had a restaurant of my own. The people are a big part of how often you want to visit a place and he is an example of what a Cracker Barrel server should be. If you get a chance to stop in and visit do so and ask for Jackson he won’t disappoint you because he actually cares about your experience and quality of the meal.

I had an amazing time at Cracker Barrel! The food was absolutely delicious—just the kind of comforting, home-style cooking I was hoping for. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff truly made the experience even better.

A special thank you to Angela, who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She was attentive, friendly, and kept our drinks full the entire time. Her service really stood out!

The only small thing I would change was the cornbread—it was a bit hard. But honestly, everything else was so good, it didn’t take away from the overall experience.
