Love this DQ and was hoping to get one last Vanilla cone before they close for the season. Unfortunately they gave me a cone with the bottom was already soft and it began leaking quickly. The ice cream was not as frozen as usual. Made the experience less enjoyable. Oh well, better luck next time...Hopefully!

Just went this weekend, and we LOVE the chocolate ice cream at this location! Were there at 8:30 and they had already turned off the chocolate ice cream and the slush machine! People were mad and everyone was leaving. Seems like a bunch of teenagers who work there and want to get off as soon as it closes. Very disappointed!

The chili dogs are not good. They used to be absolutely amazing but I guess the owners are happy with rubbery hot dogs

Very old location. We got a dilly bar, an ice water, a hot dog and an ice cream cone. They were good. Wish they had more food options besides only hot dogs. The ordering system is very confusing. We were on a motorcycle and it was hot that day so we went up to the window and were told that we have to wait for the carhop to take our order. It was one guy taking everyone in the parking lots orders and bringing their food. We saw several other people go to the window to try to order as well and get turned away and they just left. Business advice- open your walk up window. Not everyone wants to sit in their vehicle. Some people travel on motorcycles, foot or bicycles. We actually saw a lady and her son who rode their bikes to get some ice cream. They left cause they couldn't order at the window and didn't want to wait on the one carhop.

I'm 100% disabled. I pulled into the front of the store. I could not pull into the handicapped slot because of a car turned sideways in the spot. The young lady came over and told me I needed to move. That was employee parking. Did I mention I'm 100% military disabled? It difficult to have to move into smaller slots. She was very disrespectful.
I tried to explain I was 100% disabled she said that there management told them to park there it was for employees not for handicapped people. Very condescending. I'm 62 years old unacceptable.
Came here tonight at 8:30pm finally received our four items at 9:10pm they had to remake our blizzards two or three times because they couldn’t find us. I’m sure once the owner reads this, they’ll be pumped to know that it cost them a bunch of time and money to make our order.. keep up the good work haha

Quickly and promptly greeted, very polite order taker. Received our items quickly and they were both incredible. I got a banana split, which besides my not liking the texture of strawberries was spot on and my wife got a peanut buster parfait with extra hot fudge and it was also amazing. The only "complaint" is the carside service takes away from the atmosphere that I remember from years ago of chatting with other ppl and enjoying the spot.

Ordered 2 large blizzards, got them and they were completely liquid, exchanged them to make new ones and those were completely liquid too. Workers were rolling their eyes and seemed annoyed that I had them remake them. The snickers that were in my husbands blizzard were stale. Just an overall bad experience. Had this same issue with 2 other dairy queens in Princeton ky and Calvert City as well.

Last 3 times I've gone here I've got soupy blizzards with old tasting/stale toppings. Girls working gave me dirty looks and bad mouthed us because we wanted new ice cream or a refund. I'll never spend my money here again
