I walked into the store yesterday to purchase a drink and a sandwich. While standing at the ordering kiosk, I glanced over at the donuts. Not to my surprise, a big, ol’ fat fly flying around inside the case. I changed my mind about purchasing from Dunkin and went across the street to Starbucks. Somehow they keep flies out of the store and off the bagels and donuts.

The people were nice, but the donuts and coffee were awful. My coffee tasted burned and the donuts were so dense and not light and airy. Would not recommend. Go to Murray Donuts instead.

thank God they had a self order station in this location. Service was actually kind of slow but the store was busy. Once I was able to get ordered, the self-service station was not printing receipts, so you just had to remember your number. But then again, they did not call out the numbers so you just kind of had to watch for what was going down the line. When I asked about my other part of my order, I was told they don’t do that part. It Hass to be completed by somebody else. That’s fine. I waited and got what I needed. The bagel bites were absolutely amazing! Everything I hope they would be and more. Got some munchkins. You really can’t go wrong with those, pretty standard. Also went with the sourdough breakfast sandwich. That thing was absolutely amazing! All in all it was not a bad experience, it was what you would expect at any big chain restaurant.
We’ve been going here for many years now. Love the outside seating kinda miss the comfy chairs on the inside but other than that it’s a fantastic crew ! Finally had a chance to take our newest addition for his first Dunkin trip…. The cup and coffee are empty in the photo just in case someone gets fussy.
