I ordered ahead. It said order will be ready in 30 minutes. After 30 minutes i arrive and am asked to pull into the parking spot to wait. I waited for another 30 minutes. Drove back around to the window they told me to wait in line again, another 15 minutes later i finally received my food. 1 hour and 15 minutes for pasta

Absolute trash. The drive thru service was beyond terrible and the food was honestly pathetic. Whatever manager was there needs a new occupation but what do you expect from someone being 60 still working a teenage job

Dinner and the service were wonderful as always but I was very disappointed to hear that corporate is wanting to remove the fresh grated Parmesan. Please do not do this, it adds to the experience making Fazoli’s a true fast casual restaurant instead of fast food like McDonald or Taco Bell, on top of that I just really like what it adds to my food.

Always good food, however, normally I am missing something in my take out orders. Most commonly it’s my salad or dessert. Not a big deal to me but may be a freak out moment for sensitive folks.

It was outstanding tonight. The guys did a great job. The food was so hot and delicious. We asked for some dry breadsticks (I know.. My wife is the one) and they brought them out right away and they were awesome. They checked on us. They had such a great attitude and made us feel very welcomed.

Got the family meal was spaghetti and a side of Meatballs and baked alfredo with a side of Parmesan broccoli also got a cheese pizza. The food was decently good although they didn't give enough sauce to cover all of the noodles the meatballs were good though. The Alfredo was good as well, the pizza was decent but you can tell it was just a little bit too done. Overall it was pretty good I suppose but not for that price. I also feel that with all of that they should definitely include breadsticks but they didn't.

Got two slices of cheese pizza and two pepperoni. And my daughter got spaghetti with meatballs. My daughter said the spaghetti was good and the pizza was fantastic. Anytime I'm in town I stop and pick up two slices!

Incorrect order. Left out the chicken in chicken fettuccine and my bread sticks we col and very hard as I coked hours before you cannot to get the ciders corrected because the line is busy continuously. This shop is progressively worsening. We always enjoyed their food before though it is a 25 minute drive for us the food was always still warm and tasty!
