The coffee is not quite as good as Starbucks and the price is just as expensive. They use outdated payment methods that declined 2 cards that had plenty on them but, still charged them over $34 Then they finally accepted a cc that we do not normally use. Only giving 3 stars because the money was refunded back into the accounts 15 minutes after we left. Also the employee at the drive thru gave us an attitude and funny looks while saying our cards were declined not only were they lacking quality but, they need to update their payment method to something that won't cause embarrassing situations like this. Square card readers are for garage sales act like a real business!!!!

Just stopped by hoping to get my favorite coffee, but the last several times over the last several months have been eh. Two weeks ago husband ordered a blended caramel macchiato. It had nothing in it. No sweet, nothing. Called. They said come back. I couldn’t. She took my name. Said come back when I can and they’d make it right. Came back today. Remembered I had a free coffee on them for not sweetening my husbands. Girl told me they don’t do that. I explained. She insisted. I was like ok. Took and paid for the coffee we ordered. Drove off, pulled right back around for a refund because my espresso was burnt. As it’s been for the last several visits. Don’t know that we will be back. Been regulars for years. Unfortunate.

So, as far as coffee goes, this place offers enough to satisfy most people, including me.
Reasonable bottomless cup price paired with excellent coffee.
Has an assortment of tasty handmade muffins, scones, pastries, cookies, and even Kellogg's rice crispy treats.
Quiet atmosphere with low-volume music piped in. Good parking with a quick drive through.
Nothing ostentatious like a certain Starwewantyourbucks company, just good folks serving good coffee.

I know there are other drive thru coffe shops in Murray but this place has always served consistently good coffee and promptly. I used to go inside with my laptop when I was working and it was very nice, clean and not noisy!
My fave winter drink: hot apple cider. Of course, I add whipped cream to my order. I've been getting it for many years (back when their name was Fidalgo Bay). It's a great little spot, too bad I'm not a coffee drinker. ?

They make the best lattes because their coffee is superior. Starbucks is burnt and bitter tasting compared to Future Grounds. I like they offer more sugar free options as well. It's the only place I go to for a "special" coffee!
