Waste of money not good
Took 2 hours to get my order, said they would credit me on next order, now they will only cover 1 pizza! Terrible management
Calls now go through the call center, not the local store. Even though we have had pizza delivered to our address for over 5 years, the call center said they do not deliver to us. When I mentioned this, they offered to transfer me to the store. I was immediately told at the local store that the store manager won’t let them take phone orders and that I would have to call the call center. I explained that we were transferred to them from the call center because of the delivery issue. I was then told that they changed their sectors and can no longer deliver to us.

After waiting over an hour for our order; I called to check on it and got the feeling it was no big deal. Got a weak apology and was told "It will be there soon. "

Short handed and usually slow. Also, why is there a “track my pizza” function on the app if it is rarely correct? That’s according to one of your employees. The app said my order was complete, when in fact it had just gone in the oven. Seems like a worthless feature
Ordered a pizza 2 hours ago. Estimated 45 mins for delivery. Manager stated that our order was sitting on the warming rack after calling twice for an update. Then she proceeded to state that the pizza needed to be remade due to sitting out that long before it can be delivered. Very very poor service.

I asked them to draw a cute picture on my pizza box ! they drew a little dog and wrote "dog. not a mushroom. "I love it! didnt expect yall to do it!
After driving an hour to come here because it is the closest PJ to us and we LOVE papa Johns pizza, we were told it would be a 25 minutes wait. Cool. Walked around and shopped for 20 minutes and went back. 15 minutes later someone comes to us and says they lost our ticket and were remaking our food because it was given to someone else. No biggie. He said it would be another 10 minutes. 30 minutes later we were told “almost ready†again. Still no food. Almost an hour and 20 minutes after arriving we are handed our food with nothing other than “sorry.â€
i called the store tonight 3/2/19 at 7pm. the woman who answered the phone was very rude and refused to deliver to my address. I've had papa johns delivered to my address for many years and this woman says they no longer do that. she also refused to let me speak with someone else
I ordered delivery a few weeks ago, the driver came nearly 30 minutes later after the delivery tracker went to being on the way status. The driver had the pizza/insulated bag stored in the back seat of his vehicle and arrived cold when I got the box inside. I called the local manager and didn't provide a good explanation of why my pizza arrived cold. Does the Murray Papa John's ever plug the bags into car outlets?
After waiting for an hour and a half on a Thursday night we got a cold, disheveled pizza delivered with no apologies after we contacted the store! Poor service and quality!
