2 1/2 Stars: First personal order from this location. I've had this location's pizza at work when the company orders pizza (they vary vendors). I ordered online for in-store pickup. The online ordering process was okay, maybe I missed the order time during the process, but I didn't notice the 65 minutes until after I paid. I should have called to confirm the time. I arrived 45 minutes after the order and a couple in front of me orders in the store and are told 15-20 minutes. Hum? I tell the friendly guy (he was really nice) that I know I'm early, but wanted to pay. "Oh, your pizza is done" he says. So I pick up my warmish pizza and take it home. Throw it in the oven for 10 minutes and the pizza is hot and ready. Tasted good, but had I not reheated the pizza it would have been a busted pizza night. I really like Papa John's Pizza. I'm not a super fan of this location though. I may give them another chance because I know from work lunches that they can get it right.

Still sucking now they won't even take your order so you stayed a hold on for hours at a time how you call tall and caused them on hold for hours and hours now they got to suckiest employees and Pops besides McDonald's they got the suckest people working for them lol

Calls now go through the call center, not the local store. Even though we have had pizza delivered to our address for over 5 years, the call center said they do not deliver to us. When I mentioned this, they offered to transfer me to the store. I was immediately told at the local store that the store manager won’t let them take phone orders and that I would have to call the call center. I explained that we were transferred to them from the call center because of the delivery issue. I was then told that they changed their sectors and can no longer deliver to us.

Short handed and usually slow. Also, why is there a “track my pizza” function on the app if it is rarely correct? That’s according to one of your employees. The app said my order was complete, when in fact it had just gone in the oven. Seems like a worthless feature
Ordered a pizza 2 hours ago. Estimated 45 mins for delivery. Manager stated that our order was sitting on the warming rack after calling twice for an update. Then she proceeded to state that the pizza needed to be remade due to sitting out that long before it can be delivered. Very very poor service.

I asked them to draw a cute picture on my pizza box ! they drew a little dog and wrote "dog. not a mushroom. "I love it! didnt expect yall to do it!

After driving an hour to come here because it is the closest PJ to us and we LOVE papa Johns pizza, we were told it would be a 25 minutes wait. Cool. Walked around and shopped for 20 minutes and went back. 15 minutes later someone comes to us and says they lost our ticket and were remaking our food because it was given to someone else. No biggie. He said it would be another 10 minutes. 30 minutes later we were told “almost ready†again. Still no food. Almost an hour and 20 minutes after arriving we are handed our food with nothing other than “sorry.â€

We ordered a small pizza, garlic knots, and a Sierra Mist. It took them an hour to get the order to us. We had to call them to find out they could not find our apartment. Once the food got here the pizza and knots where cold, and they gave us Mt. Dew instead of Sierras Mist. They did not offer us a discount for our troubles. Defiantly not worth $22.
