This is my second time eating here. This little cafe is super quaint, retro chic place. I wouldn't take my kids here as there aren't many kid friendly menu options. But I love this place. The first time I had hot honey chicken, the second time I had the shrimp and Grits. Both were out of this world delicious! The service is superb too. Come check out this place! You won't regret it.
Located in Murray Ky, the Goldenrod offers a relaxed, comfortable setting for lunch. They offer a variety of sandwiches and main dishes. I ordered BLT. Wonderful bread and ingredients. The coffee was also superb, rich tobust flavor. My companion ordered fish and chips; she loved the fish and the fries. Good sized lunch portion. Worth the visit. The staff is attentive and very prompt. And the food excellent.

Walked in a little before lunch rush and were immediately greeted with a positive and friendly attitude. Ordered the chorizo breakfast burrito with a side simple salad with their buttermilk dressing. Everything was cooked well and tasted great. Chorizo added a little spice. Had egg and hash and Jack cheese as well inside. Simple salad was good as well as the sauce. Inexpensive. Paid ten before tip. Our host was friendly and accommodating. He often checked on us. Waitress was great....
