Went thru drive through (which was broken) Since it was inoperable it slowed things down quite a bit ordering at the window. Food was not hot but was barely warm

For weeks now we were surprised that every time we went there the service was slow and the food was cold. They were always severely understaffed. We weren't sure if it was because of a lack of applicants or a case of owner / management forcing a skeleton crew to put more money in their own pockets. Then! We were there this morning and I went to the bathroom and the young man that worked behind the counter with monies and people's food was in stall and walked straight out without washing his hands. He went back to work like nothing was a miss. I confronted him and he said he did wash his hands but that never happened.

From hair in the food, to rock hard buns and cold "hot" ham and cheese, I've never gotten a single good meal from here after years of "second chances". I'm calling it quits and giving up that this place will ever be even close to good.

Well I need to go on the website that Hardy sent me but this keeps popping up on my phone so this food was disgusting I believe the guy that was really working his butt off had one too long hair he must have been the dishwasher cashier and cook it was horrible the place was filthy nothing was wiped off the containers weren't stocked nothing and we had stomach issues 3 days after we ate this food horrible horrible horrible

I went and got breakfast this morning , and was greeted by a lovely employee by the name of Amanda she was so sweet and polite while taking my order , I will DEFINITELY be coming back to this location !! 10/10 customer service ! Thank you again AMANDA !!

This place is so so nice and clean. The staff is super friendly. And my food came out super fast. Amanda was so nice and patient when my son spilled his drink and she helped clean it up super fast!
Had to wait 27 min for our order. Fries cold, cheeseburger burnt and all the cheese melted out of it. I would have taken it back but didn't want to wait another 27 min for it. Will not be back to this Hardee's ever again. The one in benton 100 % better.
