When I first arrived at Hardee’s, I was informed they didn’t have the milkshake I ordered. They offered me another drink instead, which I declined, and then a cheeseburger, which I also declined due to an allergy. We agreed on substituting the milkshake with 3 chicken fingers, and I thought the issue was resolved.

It wasn't very clean and there was some cake, drink, and keys on the counter. It took a while for someone to come wait on me. They gave me my drink that were sticky and all over the place.

I went and got breakfast this morning , and was greeted by a lovely employee by the name of Amanda she was so sweet and polite while taking my order , I will DEFINITELY be coming back to this location !! 10/10 customer service ! Thank you again AMANDA !!
