I ordered online and didn't receive what I ordered and what I did get was cold and uneatable, it's definitely not a good place to eat. The employees were too busy talking and flirting with each other and other customers when I went in to pick up my order to pay attention and get the order right. Sad to waste $14 for food my dog wouldn't eat. I'm not surprised they are moving the headquarters to Texas, because the Murray restaurant is not what KFC used to be like was always my favorite, but now it's worse than any other place in Murray. I hope that it's closed down or they can get decent employees one!

My friend and I came in on 1/1/2025 @ 11:50 for some lunch. We received our order by a female employee and sat down to eat. In the middle of our meal, one of the employees began coughing, hacking, and throwing up in the bathroom. We were informed because she didn't have a fever, she was required to work her shift. This incident made me and my friend unable to complete our meal. We asked for a refund, and was told because we ate some of it, the manager would not refund. Of course, hearing the employee still hacking and throwing up in the back ground. At 12:12, the female employee left to go to the doctor

We stopped to eat lunch approximately 11:50am on January 1, 2025. Just after we were served by a female employee, she went into the bathroom hacking and coughing. The male manager assured us "she's not running a fever so she is okay to work." We say down to eat and she ran to the bathroom again, this time vomiting. So loud, you could hear it in the lobby. My friend and I immediately stopped eating and asked the manager for a refund. He refused because we had already begun eating our food. I took my tray of food and dumped it in the trash in front of him. He repeated again, "if is our policy that if you have touched your food, we do not give refunds." We left stating we would be leaving a review. At 12:12pm, as we sit in the car writing our reviews, the sick employee left the restaurant and was picked up. My friend asked if she was okay and she said, " yeah, I'm going to the doctor."

I’ve been here several times and it’s just going down hill… this is the 3rd KFC that has opened in Murray. The other two closed. This one is on its way to going out of business. I waited over 30 minutes to get food that was cold.
They disappoint me every time. I try to think they will do better but they don’t….. I just order the $5 meal deal and it takes 20 mins to get and when I get it they say oh we don’t have biscuits…. So the lady said come back in 10 mins… I come back in 10 and still no biscuits… I asked the lady and they said it will still be an other 15 minute. So I am left with cold chicken!!!! Very disappointed with them . They gave me extra biscuits due to waiting for 30+ but when I bit into them they was raw in middle ! Never going back…

It seems like every time I go through the drive thru my order is alwàys messed up , I come there a lot and I always order the same thiñg I know the 8 piece dark meat. Consist of 4 thighs añd 4 legs .but I don't think your employees know thàt or they do know that and don't reàlly càre what they put in the bucket to night I ordered dark meat special ⁸ pieces and I got 2 thighs and 6 legs . I look forward to the thighs there my favorite and I didn't check it because I figure the people you hire are trained añd kñow what they are doing, but I was wrong. The time before that I ordered the same thing and when I got home there were breast in the bucket,, their excuse for that was they ran out of dark meat , but didn't bother to tell me they just put it in there like I would want that. Customer service was a 0/10 highly don’t recommend. If you don’t wanna be there then just don’t clock in. Food was cold while I was the only person in the drive thru around 3:30 pm, kinda expected warm food but got the opposite. The lady that was working there had her hair down with not hair net, food inspectors should come have a visit sometime soon.

The ABSOLUTE WORST! We waited an hour for food, I ordered nuggets, my husband ordered chicken, mashed potatoes, and Cole slaw. They tell the guy the ordered right before us, when he got his food an HOUR later, that they have no plastic ware…. So, this guy went to his car and grabbed my husband and him a spoon and fork. Then they give us our food! They legit took a piece of chicken and cut it up for my “nuggets”. I go to the counter and the lady tried to argue with me and then tells me that they are out of nuggets, all while the cook is tweaking out of his mind from meth, not to mention, the kitchen was disgusting. If I would have known how disgusting it was, we would have left. I would avoid Murray’s KFC at all cost. It is a cry shame; a new restaurant, disgusting, extremely poor management and service.
