I've informed employees and managers about the fact that their online ordering system isn't working correctly. Was told it would be looked into, but months have passed and still didn't work. Very poor service

Customer service absolutely sucked. The lady that was running the register had an attitude the whole time. Wouldn’t properly read the coupons (said we couldn’t double it). Which we could. Also, order something wrong when trying to correct it. She was i wouldn’t say nervous nor rude but had an attitude about having to fix the problem the whole time. My husband tried to help talk her threw it on how to void get cash then re-do the order (he’s a district manager over a near by restaurant) but she didn’t want to listen.

My husband and I placed a mobile order and went to pick it up. While waiting for my to go order, I noticed an ad for the Strawberries and Creme pie poppers. They were not on the app, so I paid for them separately. The employee gave me the poppers less than 45 seconds later. I sat down to eat them and they were all crunchy and hollow. The filling that was still left on the outsides for the poppers was cooked so much it had turned brown. I have had different poppers from other locations and never had this happen before. My husband took them to the counter and showed the employee. The manager proceeded to argue with him and tell him that is how they are supposed to look. She then complained loudly to the other employees so much so that the customers in the lobby could hear her.

The food is good. The service is terrible. You can't just order at the register. Stood there for at least 10 minutes and no one noticed us. They had 3 people working dinner orders and 2 were trainees. So technically only 1 person was working. KFC you are a fast food restaurant people want to get their food and go not wait 20 to 30 minutes for someone to call their name to come get their food. If we need to wait that long then at least serve the food to those who are eating in. As expensive as it is to eat there...Service could be 100% better and there should be more than 2 or 3 people working at any given time.

I ordered online and didn't receive what I ordered and what I did get was cold and uneatable, it's definitely not a good place to eat. The employees were too busy talking and flirting with each other and other customers when I went in to pick up my order to pay attention and get the order right. Sad to waste $14 for food my dog wouldn't eat. I'm not surprised they are moving the headquarters to Texas, because the Murray restaurant is not what KFC used to be like was always my favorite, but now it's worse than any other place in Murray. I hope that it's closed down or they can get decent employees one!

The food was cold, soggy, and doughy. I got extra crispy, and it was wet and doughy like it wasn't fried long enough. Absolutely disgusting!!!! Highly disappointed!!

Idk what happened to KFC but good lord there prices are like WHOA . The wife & I were hungry ,haven't had the Col chicken in awhile so we decided on kfc ,we ended up have the famous bowl Which was pretty good . ✌️&❤️Y'all

Mac and cheese was cold. 2 pieces of chicken missing from order . Tea was not with order. Manager telling me how I can talk then after calling me honey tells me she is a southern girl and that’s how she talks… very unprofessional…

My friend and I came in on 1/1/2025 @ 11:50 for some lunch. We received our order by a female employee and sat down to eat. In the middle of our meal, one of the employees began coughing, hacking, and throwing up in the bathroom. We were informed because she didn't have a fever, she was required to work her shift. This incident made me and my friend unable to complete our meal. We asked for a refund, and was told because we ate some of it, the manager would not refund. Of course, hearing the employee still hacking and throwing up in the back ground. At 12:12, the female employee left to go to the doctor
