Anyone that shopped at Kroger in Murray on Friday check your bank statement if using debit or credit. They had a glitch and it has taken $260.00 out of my account twice.
I called them and they said bring receipt to them. Just to drive back into town to find out the store can not return my money and you will have to call their corporate office and be on hold forever. Still have yet to get this resolved.

I really, really wanted to like this store, but I have to tell you it's one of the worst we've been to. There are things on the shelves that are long expired (please check your Breakstones cottage cheese doubles--some are horribly past the expiration date), and the store is quite often messy. The Kroger in Paris, TN seems better organized and cleaner--I have yet to run into one expired sell-by date there. The other issue is the gas station at the Murray location. Why is it your pumps have difficulty with credit cards sometimes? The clerks will often say that "you must be near your limit on your card," but when I honestly answer my card has over a $20,000. limit and my balance is nowhere near that, they just kind of look at me with their mouth open and don't give an answer. Surely, there must be a better way to train your staff to resolve this problem. I know I'm not the only person it's happened to as I've seen others experience the same thing. Please do better Kroger.

On this side of town it is the only option unless you want to fight the Walmart crowd. Use to be a great place to shop but has been going downhill the past few years. Really went South after the remodel and taking away many human cashiers. Self check will make me go somewhere else eventually.

Never, ever shop here or buy gas! They will put a 100 dollar lien on your card for just 20 bucks worth of gas. Their prices are going up daily and they have followed suit with Walmart and you have to check yourself out! Kroger you have just lost a loyal customer!
Love their Private Selection chips, Kroger brand salad dressings and Kroger preserves!

The best grocery shopping experience. We've recently moved out of state and nowhere here compares to Murray Kroger. I seriously miss it because as a stay at home mom and house wife, going grocery shopping is almost a daily thing for me and the staff, food quality, and selection of items/things being in stock really matters.
