Went tonight and they was packed because of the Grinch Meals… I ordered an ice coffee and of course a Grinch meal to go for myself! The staff was overwhelmed but very positive and polite taking my order. The food did take awhile but it was worth the wait! The person that gave me my meal even said thank you and goodnight to me! All the staff was working together and I didn’t hear anything negative out of anybody working! Good Job under pressure guys/girls!!!

Most incompetent staff at any McDonald's I have ever been to. I can understand occasionally slipping up and only taking orders from one lane. The fact that this is a CONSISTENT issue where they'll frequently have staff taking orders from only the outer drive through lane for 15-20 minutes at a time while people on the inside lane are locked in with no escape is inexcusable.

Everything was fresh, fries were hot and well salted, burgers were so hot the cheese was actually melted.
Claim their ice cream machine was down after the fact I already place my order also didn’t give me my full refund when I saw my Refund was shorted the manager on night shift around 10:35 pm of 9-16-2025 refuse to fix it after I inserted my card can’t wait for the new one to be built hopefully they’ll have better customer service

This McDonald's is busy, but it seems well managed and maintained. The drive thru gets most of the business and seems to go faster than going inside. I usually use the app to order from and the order is almost always ready. I did try the chicken wrap last time and it was okay, wish it came with a grilled option.

Food is good but don't go inside and use the women's restroom. They've had a stall out for almost two weeks and and it stinks bad! Idk if someone is scared to plunge or clean it. Management should have called a plumber by now. Shew!!!!

Quite possibly the slowest “fast food” establishment i’ve ever been to. I always order 5-7 minutes before i arrive so that when i get there the food might be ready, but it appears to fail me every single time. I go today and order ahead per usual and am still left waiting in the parking lot for pickup 17 minutes. I walk in at about the 14 minute mark to see about 15 people in the kitchen all gathered in the same area with little to no production. The seating area had 2-3 people and the drive through was the slowest i’ve ever seen it yet my food still took 20 minutes, and when i finally got my food i was greeted with a mildly warm burger and soggy old fries with no salt. If you decide to pickup i wouldn’t recommend it, you’d be better to walk in and cook for yourself because you’ll be quicker than anytime i’ve ever been.

Despite all the signs showing Hello Kitty toys on the building they are out and not getting them back. I just bought McDonald’s that will go in the trash because she only wanted the toy.
