Walked in to order some lunch. The lady at the counter took our order. No other orders were being cooked. I ordered a cold sub and it took 30 mins for the roast beef sub. It would be one thing if you were slammed and all hands on deck but when there wasn’t any orders being made nor rung up and I order a cold sub. Hardly doubt it should take 20 mins. Here is a picture of the complicated cold sandwich. My buddies sandwich which had mayo on it. Didn’t ask for it. Had to get another piece of bed because we didn’t have another 30 mins to make him another sandwich. Get to the register to pay for this sandwich I ask if the establishment does military discount. The lady informs me she doesn’t know cause it’s her second day but doesn’t seem to wanna go ask someone if they do. It be one thing if the place was slammed but this is unacceptable.

I buy meats from this location from time to time. Great quality so far. I have also ordered burgers from the grille. These burgers are THE BEST IN TOWN! Last purchase was 4lbs of ground beef for meat loaf. The meat was very moist and has a flavor that you cannot get at these big chains. And I even pressed my own burgers to grill, not a lot of size loss during cooking of this 73% mixture. Just sayin.

Went here because spouse is very picky on their meat. Talked to the butcher, told exactly what was wanted, choice ribeye with the larger cap and good marbling. Sent picture of the ones in case and got confirmation of two of those in picture at 1/2 in thickness. Got home and upon opening found that the steaks were one inch thick and nothing pictured in the case. Adding the case pictured and what was in wrapping when got home. So overpaid due to weight, wasn't choice and not what I asked for and now they are closed.... So upset ruined my dinner, my night and stole my money for something I can not cook /use. Don't have a slicer to cut to right thickness,... I only have two days a week with my spouse due to working our tails off, so we can afford nice things but this is not acceptable and since I know the guy was very aware of the requirements I don't know what to think... But as can see it is not the same quality as what I requested nor thickness....

Had a work interview here. Was told I'd get 10 dollars an hour for 3 hours of work because they wanted to see me work before hiring. I go in and the lady that told me this had quit and I was told that none of it ever happened. I was mind blown cause I worked for free for them an they looked me crazy when they don't even know what their own employees tell new hires. False promises here becareful applying here.

The staff was friendly and very courteous. Inside the store was clean and had a welcoming atmosphere, very comfortable. This was my first visit and if you add the quality and taste of the food I ordered to everything I said before the sum is I will be back to eat there again!

I rarely give reviews and at that I almost never give a bad review. But here goes: insanely overpriced sandwiches that aren’t made anywhere near correctly by uninformed staff. That pretty much sums it up. Burnt hamburger meat that was crudely chopped. Almost whole slices of green pepper. A little cheese on a cold bun and they call it a grinder and charge nearly $10 for it. Which by the way was half the size they originally were.

I am overall pleased with this place but got some stinky chicken. Had to return. After much confusion as to how to handle the situation, they informed me there is a no cash back policy??? Really. I didn't need anything else & would have rather gotten my money back. Said they would write my name down for a credit.. Hmmmm... Only place I've done business with, where they don't have cash back.. or offer to put it back on your card.. Not impressed.
This place looked at me like I was crazy asking for a bone in tomahawk. A real butcher shop cuts meat how you'd like, this is barely better than Kroger across the st.
