Website for discounts is TERRIBLE! Difficult to negotiate & apparently rewards r for drinks only & not just bake goods. Must enter credit card for Sip rewards...only interested in bake goods & not interested in giving my credit card # . Will probably go elsewhere for better discount on bake goods. I'm really disappointed in Panera.

Panera used to be one of my favorite places, especially for breakfast. No more! They have changed their breakfast menu, and they no longer have decaf specialty drinks like cafe latte. If you want decaf, your choice is just coffee. Very disappointing!
Dietary restrictions: I'm not a big black coffee fan but like a good cafe latte. I cannot have caffeine. Panera no longer serves decaf coffee drinks, just plain coffee.

The bread is good and worth the price. The service is terrible and makes one want to not come back. Staff needs to follow and practice health an sanitation guidelines, wash your hands, use the plane on the slicer to bag the bread instead of fumbling it all over various counter space, if you have to scratch yourself, fine, but change your gloves, I don't want beard on my bread. Get it together.
Panera has an experience you come to expect-- and this Panera doesn't detract from that standard experience. The food was delicious and the restaurant was very clean. However, I knocked some points off for service. I came in on a cold day wanting to get a soup bowl, and they had run out of soup bowls a few hours before close. Understandable, but there seems to be a disconnect between par for the baker and demand for a chilly day. Also, the food for the order before mine sat a good while. The young lady calling orders didn't have a very loud hollering voice, and the customers had no idea their food was ready to be collected. I waited about 5 minutes for my take out order to finish, and at that point I went around and collected the other guests myself to make sure they got their food warm. Seems evening service leaves a little to be desired, which is understandable given the tasks they have to complete before their shift ends.
Parking: Parking is all over and around the building, as it shares a strip mall lot
Wheelchair accessibility: Couple of wheelchair access ramps and good grade. Also good clearance for someone who is wheelchair bound to move around.
