Finally have a Panera in Utah! Food is amazing! This location is great! Staff were great! Sandwiches are amazing! Only bad thing is Pepsi sucks, drinks were flat.

There was a Guy, who filled up my half-and-half and he did it with such enthusiasm. He was an older gentleman and I'm sorry I didn't get his name, but it is rare when you find someone who is so happy to be with their work. I have always marvelled At the fact that Panera attracts the very best people. This guy was the very best.
Website for discounts is TERRIBLE! Difficult to negotiate & apparently rewards r for drinks only & not just bake goods. Must enter credit card for Sip rewards...only interested in bake goods & not interested in giving my credit card # . Will probably go elsewhere for better discount on bake goods. I'm really disappointed in Panera.
