There was a Guy, who filled up my half-and-half and he did it with such enthusiasm. He was an older gentleman and I'm sorry I didn't get his name, but it is rare when you find someone who is so happy to be with their work. I have always marvelled At the fact that Panera attracts the very best people. This guy was the very best.

Website for discounts is TERRIBLE! Difficult to negotiate & apparently rewards r for drinks only & not just bake goods. Must enter credit card for Sip rewards...only interested in bake goods & not interested in giving my credit card # . Will probably go elsewhere for better discount on bake goods. I'm really disappointed in Panera.

Panera used to be one of my favorite places, especially for breakfast. No more! They have changed their breakfast menu, and they no longer have decaf specialty drinks like cafe latte. If you want decaf, your choice is just coffee. Very disappointing!
Dietary restrictions: I'm not a big black coffee fan but like a good cafe latte. I cannot have caffeine. Panera no longer serves decaf coffee drinks, just plain coffee.

The bread is good and worth the price. The service is terrible and makes one want to not come back. Staff needs to follow and practice health an sanitation guidelines, wash your hands, use the plane on the slicer to bag the bread instead of fumbling it all over various counter space, if you have to scratch yourself, fine, but change your gloves, I don't want beard on my bread. Get it together.
